Nov 2021The staff were very friendly and helpful.
This hotel deteriorated since the last time I stayed here a few years ago. Today, it’s dark and dingy. Lobby and corridors are only partially lit, depressing. Furniture in the room is cheaply re-painted, closet stinks, AC is old and noisy, and balcony is dirty. If you choose this hotel as the facility for mandatory quarantine during COVID, know that they will not provide any cleaning service during your stay. By the 3rd day, you will start seeing ants and cockroaches in your bathroom and the sheets will give you rashes.

Mar 2022The staff are very accommodating, I love the bath tub and the bed, it gives a cozy feel to it. And also that they have a connecting entrance to the Eastwood Mall.
Maybe that the guest rooms are on the 30th floor, and some elevators are not working so we have to wait a little while before we can actually go down.
Dated hotel but staff are wonderful.

The room is extremely dated and needs an upgrade. the way the tub shower combo is built, the water pools and floods the floor when showering.

Jul 2021The location and the price are what attracts me to come back.
They keep on calling you up to remind you that checknout is at 12nn. People understand that as I have been a frequent customer of this hotel also, it's not as if they are fully booked now that it is still a pandemic. I hope that they change this approach soon.
Disappointing stay as quality is slipping
Dec 2022The check-in was quick and the hotel is close to many call centers for business travelers.
The buffet has really dropped in quality. The corridors outside the rooms are no longer air-conditioned and smell musty. The gym was closed for renovation. I doubt that I will stay there again.

Stay is good but not to the extend we were impressed. Maybe its a 2 star hotel so its given.
Feb 2022Check in time was late. Hotel lobby does not look fabulous or extravagant. Lighting is poor. Frontdesk looks like a warehouse with stock of files (probably temporary FD) . Guards was consistent in greetings with a gesture respect (only good things happened here). Price is reasonable but accomodation was poor. Maybe it is because of pandemic, have not able to prepare. These are understandable because of under staff maybe but it will take us sometime to try again this hotel or probably not.
Guests smoking in Cafe without masks and spreading carcinogens and viruses in the air

Despite Philippine laws against smoking in public places, some guests were smoking in the "al frescoe" area of Cafe. Because they lowered their face masks while smoking, they were spreading in the air both carcinogens and viruses to other hotel guests. Hotel should strictly enforce Philippine laws against smoking in public places.
