Very clean and modern rooms. Front desk staff are exceptional. Great location across from the best coffee in Hanoi and plenty of interesting eateries.

Very central location with extremely friendly & helpful staff. Room is basic but clean and has everything you need. Very quiet despite being in the middle of the old town. Good breakfast.

The staff were amazing and very attentive.

The hot water lasted maybe 3 minutes and the shower did not drain very well. The bed was quite hard but not unusual for Vietnam.

The staff was very kind, they were very attentive and gave us great recommendations. We were also able to exchange money at the front desk. Great location, walking distance to everything in the old quarter.

The room was very old and in need of maintenance. The bathroom cabinet was cracked and the mattress was against a wall that really needed some cleaning. I put a pillow against the wall to avoid touching it. The corridors smelled like food. For this price I think you can find someplace cleaner/with better facilities.

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. From the Reception Desk, especially Hang, Hien, Minh and Trang to the breakfast kitchen crew, we were so grateful for their professionalism, friendliness and excellent customer service which I can describe as over and beyond what we have encountered in our extensive travels. During our five day stay in Hanoi, they treated us almost like family.

The staff on this hotel it's amazing, specially Lee, that helped us during the whole time we stayed in Hanoi. Thanks to the great attention this functional/simple hotel turns into a great one. The hotel is really central and well located in Hanoi, close to many delicious places to eat, walk and cool shops.

The room room is a bit small to fit two suitcases but the bed is really comfy.

The staff -- from the reception, customer service agent, kitchen cook -- have been nothing short of excellent. They want to serve you to the best of their abilities and wanna make sure that your stay with them would be worthwhile. I always looked forward to going back to the hotel to take a quick rest from Hanoi's humidity cos I know good people are looking out for me. :) and the breakfast, wow, Uyen was just so friendly and excellent at what she does. Thanks Trang and Ming (reception), Uyen (kitchen), and Tony (sales) for making sure I had the best time! 💟

The staff are very welcoming and happy to help. Very good knowledge of local restaurants and amazing tour's. I would like to thank GLDH for making our stay very special we'll be returning soon.

The Staff are super friendly and helpful, a special mention for Miss Lee and Harry who were always so nice and friendly. The location is perfect and the breakfast is one of the best we have had whilst staying in Asia. The in house travel agent arranged some trips for us and everything went very smoothly. All round it was great value for money.

The room was big and the staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the hotel position is perfect to visit Hanoi.

The property is in the heart of old quarters and walking or walkable distance from all major attractions in Hanoi. The rooms are decently sized and most facilities work.

The place was great. Unfortunately we had a smell in the bathroom that we couldn't get rid of. It was a minor irritation. But someone may have a harder time with it. Lovely staff and location. Great food everywhere around.

The location is excellent at a side street and close to the Cathedral. Nice balcony and plenty of food options close by.

The hotel staff let our family of 5 check out late on the day we were about to leave in the evening. We left our luggages with them. Also, Front desk called an Uber for us to get to Hanoi International Fellowship Church Service in the morning. They were so friendly and willing to help in any way.

The hotel is located in the Old Town quarter, the traffic is not so heavy there. Also the nearest surrounding is OK. It takes a couple of minutes to get to the lake, there are numerous possibilities to dinner or enjoy a coffee. My room was spacious enough and equipped well, I liked the possibiity to make a tea or coffee in my room. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very kind, nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Sometimes the fridge made a noise like someone knocking, but I soon got used to the sound and it didn't wake me up in the morning.

The buffet breakfast was awesome.Full range of fruits and breakfast menu order apart from other options.

The breakfast room had a wonderful view and a great selection of cook-to-order options. The breakfast staff would welcome us every morning and the service was amazing. We actually stayed next door at sister hotel, Golden Legend Boutique Hotel, due to construction. At the front desk, Trang did just a 5-star job, she was not only warm and professional but also assisted us with issues we experienced outside the hotel.

Staff were marvellous! Always trying to get us confortable! Good breakfast!

Staff were helpful and welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient - on the same street as several excellent cafes (Hoth Coffee and Tea, and Blackbird Coffee, both great) in the center of the old city, easily walkable to Hoàn Kiếm lake for peace and quiet.

Staff is very kind and 9 floor breakfast is fantastic tasting with beef noodles. Room is really good, I strongly recommend.

Staff interaction and what a fabulous breakfast. Almost like being home 🏡 Even with staff rotation nothing was hassle. This hotel was closed for upgrade and I was in its sister hotel a couple of doors away. I was stunned at the welcoming i received
