The roads to the hotel should be more neat and clean. Felt the room size for the given price is very small though the facilities were nice and satisfactory.

The rooms and rates were justifiable, the staff was extremely friendly and room services were fast and good, the food was good. Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. One of my relatives got injured and management had proper first aid services however that could be better, please stock yourself with first aid however they were prompt and ready to help.

The property is located in a lane and the lane is not a proper road but stones and mud, in fact my relative fell and injured herself severely when she was walking on the road, everything else was good. Management should look into this.

The property is located in the market & has a great view. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The bathroom has hot water 24 hrs. Also, the breakfast variety & taste was excellent.

The place is not worth the money. Rooms are very small and congested. Staff were really accomadating so they made the stay was comfortable.

The place is in the city. The place is easily accessible for transportation. Rooms are broad and clean. It has nice mountain view.

The location was nice and the staff was courteous even if they wouldn’t be able to communicate. The breakfast was interesting if you wanted to try local food but you could tell all was of average quality. The room had a nice view.

The hotel is far from being maintained well and the pictures are far from the reality. They call themselves 4 stars but the place will soon be a ruin. and the price doesn’t match with the standard. The rooms need a total refurbishment (floor, walls, bathroom and furniture). We were missing a pillow and even though asking every day for it, it never came. They forgot to give us towels and paper toilet so we had to ask for it. You could hear all the noise in the corridor (baby crying, arguments at night …). They totally ignored me during the stay (I am a woman) which I am fine with and I would let my partner deal with everything. But what bothered me is when we checked out, I was talked to for the first time and asked (because I booked the hotel) to give a great review. Sorry dear, but I give honest review. So if you want a great review, maybe give a good service in return.

The location was amazing and the staff upgraded us to a very big room with excellent view of the river and the forests. Vinu at the front desk was really helpful in suggesting different places to visit and was very welcome, thank you for your hospitality. Other than that, The room was very spacious and had two TV’s which was great to accommodate the three of us.

The only issue I had was with the Toilet as there was some strange smell. After I informed the staff they promised to get it replaced.
