Very clean and spacious rooms. Room service was also great. The staff was really friendly specially the guy at reception.

There could be betterment in entry since one had to ring the bell at door and wait until someone came and opened it.

The staf is very very polite and very cooperative and i felt like i was on my home, the best place to stay in Islamabad. I will definitely return and stay here only.

The staff were very friendly and helped me so much. For example, I needed a desk and chair to work with my laptop and they gave it to me very soon. The hotel was close to currency exchange and pharmacy.

The hotel only had eggs for breakfast.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

There is a receptionist and main guy Rafaq... He is very nice to the guests and help you if you have any question related spots to visit etc

The property was conveniently located in the heart of Islamabad and the staff was very accommodating. Room was spacious and comfortable. Decent wifi and adequate amenities.

The receptionist was a bit interrogative and the room had certain smell of cigarettes. Also the washroom needs to be fixed with some accessories like towel hangers , for tissue rollers and soap holders etc.

There were no proper electrical ports in the room. Very old sockets with no options for 3 pin. The cleaning of the room and the bathroom could have been more thorough. The window in bathroom was grimy and the glass in the shower was very cloudy. The gst charge was not clearly mentioned in the advertisement - only in the fine print in the booking terms and conditions section. so i ended up paying more than what i had budgeted.

The breakfast was cold. Ironing srvice is not that good, you might have to iron it yourself. The closet werent very clean. The room could have white lights.

The breakfast was very poor. Just two dry bread slices with fry egg. Old building, not properly managed.

The facility is super clean, well maintained and safe. All the staff members are very nice and friendly. All our requests were arranged even on very short notice.

The room we got was nothing like the pictures we saw online. Very small. No slippers, towels, soap in bathroom, room full of small bugs
