Please be careful if u are a light sleeper , u can hear your other room are shouting and laughing very clearly I can’t even sleep for the whole night because the room beside me are very noisy ! and the carpet are very dirty with many red spot on the carpet . and also the toilet drain clogged .

Outdated system, wanted to check out but they doesn't record in the system that I had paid using card even I show the bank record that I had made the transaction. Used up to 15minute to check out my room.... Those who's paying on the spot, make sure to keep your receipt for check out purpose.

The room's condition was really good. Very clean and cozy.

Had breakfast (buffet) at the the cafe' and the food was nice.
The two staffs who were handling the breakfast were really professional & friendly.
Overall:
Friendly staffs, clean rooms. Truly enjoyed the stay here.

Jan 2023I already inform the hotel that i maybe arrive around 10 or 11pm bcs of traffic jammed ipoh to kl , then when i arrive like exact time i said , they just told us “sorry , ur room not available, already give to someone else ?” im really tired to think another hotel lol, when someone booked make sure no one can get their room , eventho they arrive late but still they booked first so bad services
