All of the hotel was very clean. We did not have any problems other than the TV not working.
Jul 2021The location was great not too far from the Notre Dame campus and that's where why we were stopping by to see the campus. I loved the bathrooms! It was a great room for a family of 5 to sleep there.
We got there and they did not say anything about our TV's not working. We had to call them and they said they were not going to be on at least until the next day. There was also a shortage of some of the shampoo and body wash.
Comfortable Accommodations, Disappointing Stay
Aug 2021The layout of the room was spacious and the sofa couch was the perfect addition for our family of five. The beds were quite comfortable. The stay would have been perfect if not for the party next door. There was yelling, door slamming, cussing and loud music from 2:30-4:30 am. We called the front desk to complain and someone did come up to address the problem. It helped for a short time but then resumed.
The complementary breakfast was not much better. All the juices were out of order except for one. They ran out of sausage and I felt bad for the server who was trying to keep the line stocked. At one point the service line ran around the corner.
The property has potential but our experience this time fell short.

Night clerk was not at desk she had been in break room when I checked in she never asked for ID or car license plate number. Told me pool was open till 9 went to pool after getting our stuff in room it was closed. That was 1 of the main reason I was staying there

Jun 2022The day staff was rude. There was a mouse in the entry door when we arrived. When I went to make coffee in the morning there was a part missing on the coffee maker and couldn’t use. The staff was not helpful. The bfast was limited and didn’t even have creamer for the coffee, no napkins. Very disappointed for the price I paid.
