Hired car driver was not briefed well so, I had to back from Gangtok after half of hour of arrival.
Oct 2022The hotel is just adjacent to the road and comfortable to visit all the important parts of the town. It is easy to get in and departure as the car can be at the doorstep of the hotel and dinner quality is healthy.
The cooperation and guidance of the hotel management were not sufficient.

Dec 2021We had paid an advance amount which was forced by the hotel to be paid upfront , but we were unhappy with the hotel ambience and hygiene so decided not to stay there , still the staff refused to repay the amount back .
