Nothing good management behind all of that well done

The whole facility is very well maintained. The service, especially Laine and her team from housekeeping were the best we’ve ever had during our whole trip in the Philippines. We were very happy with our Xmas celebration through their help.

The lobby gets too busy during peak times and should be handled better to reflect the standing of the hotel. The parking is also not guaranteed for guests which is too bad for the total daily rate we pay for our stay.

The staff were more than accommodating. I had to fly to Manila from a vacation in El Nido due to an accident. I fractured my ankle and as a foreigner only wanted to go to St. Lukes in BGC. Tan and everyone at the Club lounge made my stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend their 5 star service

I booked 4 persons but only give 3 cards for dining.I don’t understand why I need to pay for additional 1 person if I booked for 4 persons

There was so much I liked from the service to the room size and style. The breakfast was excellent! The pool was nice! They even met my request for an extra bed!

The only small think that might could have been someone better was the window view. But still there were things to enjoy about that!

Theres no place in the world like the Philippines in terms of great and exceptional service, and this is also true about this hotel. Its a luxurious, clean and modern hotel with spacious big rooms with kitchen facilities like electric gas stove, microwave, dinner and lunch accessories and filtered drinking water. There is an exceptional view of Makati from inside the room. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. The hotel is located just infront of the Greenbelt mall and few walking steps from the Glorietta mall and Landmark department store. Hotel staff were kind and polite and did their best to make my stay enjoyable. They even took care of inviting a Grab taxi for me to the airport. Its located only 20-25 minutes to the Ninoy aquino international airport.

Staff are warm, friendly and ready to help.

The location of the hotel is close to the shops. Staffs are very friendly. We will stay again to this hotel on our next trip.

The location is very convenient. Staff are very helpful. Some breakfast staff needs more training. Tea selection is limited.There is no English tea available. With regards with the room, I would like to suggest a bidet in the bathroom would be a good thing since the bathrooms are big.

It could have been better if there is a kitchen knife and condiments ( salt and pepper) in the kitchen. A presence of room service menu would be very helpful for those who doesn’t know how to do the qr code.

the only very small complain is the lack of selections in their buffet but they back it upped with their hospitality, attentiveness and cleanliness.

The Hotel is very nice, very kind staff. We had excess to the Club Lounge, wich I can recommend to everyone. There they offer snacks all day and for evening and even made something vegetarian extra for me. Pool, Gym, Lounge, everything you need for a city trip!

The dining host Ronald was exceptional

The view from the room wasn’t nice but overall the hotel and staff were amazing!

The breakfast was great. Several choices to choose. Love the desserts. The staff were awesome. The location was great.

Sometimes the fragrance of the spray that it’s used in the hallway was overwhelming. For a sensitive person like myself it gives me and my wife a headache.

Superb customer service. I booked for a one-bedroom suite room but it was fully booked at that time. They upgraded our room to a two-bedroom loft room for free. Thank you MDR for the great experience and my family enjoyed our stay.

Superb breakfast meal in bento. Alot of choices , alot of freebies, it makes your stay worth ever penny.

I understand restrictions and being vigilant with Covid policies. But very strict protocol with quarantine clients.treated and felt like we are in prison . Imagine breathing the same air for 4 dqys, seeing the 4 corners of your roomwith nothing to do.i was well on arrival but become unwell after my quarantine because of this and stress..

Stayed in this hotel several times. They were able to maintain the very good standards of three hotel all throughout the years since it opened. Room is spacious and amenities are adequate. Breakfast food was good. Service very commendable.
