Hotel K5

WOW, what a beautiful, chic and hip hotel. There were many things we loved about our stay at K5. Our corner loft room was incredible, everything in the room was well thought out and had a purpose. We loved the no TV and instead a record player. They have the most beautiful corridor walking into the room that was great to take some snaps. We did drive and caught Taxis so there was no need to train to where we needed to go but the car park building was 3,000Y per day so affordable. Coffee and food at the restaurant was also a highlight. We had both breakfast and dinner there. The restaurant at night served mainly seafood which was delish! Great selection of wines too! Reception staff: So accommodating with every request and question we had. They went above and beyond to help us with everything. I did not get their name but we had the pleasure of dealing with 4 reception staff members. Would love to come back!

If I was being picky, quite a small reception area and you literally walk straight off the street and you are there.

This property was INCREDIBLE. Everything - from check in, service while we were there, suggestions of where to visit and even that they went the extra mile when we arrived late to contact our dinner reservation - was utter perfection. and don’t even get me started on the room! the room itself was expertly designed, offering way more convenience than the photos hunted at. we had a spacious room with a desk, a record player, the ability to amplify our own music, customizable lighting levels around the entire room, and even items to wear in the room. Truly, this is one hotel I cannot wait to go back to! my next trip to Japan will have a short stay in Tokyo but this will be where I return to. Absolute perfection!

I loved everything about the property! if I had to offer one critique it would be that the room service drinks menu wasn’t entirely current. But that’s being very picky.

The sound system and interior design are fabulous

Location is slightly far away from key business centres. No TV...

The room was amazing and the staff were incredible. Staff were very welcoming and easily a 10 out of 10 for all of those we interacted with, easy to talk to and relaxed atmosphere while very professional. Loved the music playing in the room upon arrival and the different light settings available for room and bathroom. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel itself was really well maintained and I loved the balance between the modern architecture and traditional Japanese touches (these were more noticeable when we got there rather than through looking at the photos). The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond overall. Location was great- easy access from Narita Airport.

The only complaint is that they are very strict about the check in time so don't rely on them letting you check in early even if the room is available. Make sure that you ask for the early check in beforehand (and there are fees for that).

The design was the perfect mix of luxury and Japanese modern architecture.

The walls are surprising a little thin, so you can hear the chair above moving or the record player from other rooms. Breakfast, although delicious, was also one of the most expensive breakfasts that I've ever had at a hotel.
