Aug 2022The notepad and pencil. Tissue box. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. The toiletry items are nice. Towel in the kitchen is an xtra help. Complementary tea bags and minerals waters are nice. Thank you!
My room price didn’t include breakfast as I wrongly assumed I would get a breakfast.
This hotel should provide a safe box to keep valuables items and money in the room. You will have guests stay longer for that additional accommodation.
I didn’t have a chance to check pool and other recreation facilities. However, this hotel doesn’t have a gym? Maybe that is another facility you can add. The kitchen faucet and its sink are short that caused splash to my clothes. Please add a warning, “Turn faucet slowly.” Thank you

Jan 2023The decor was unique and the wifi works so well. The room was bright and comfy. Love the coffee at their coffee bar. The infinity pool and heat chamber were a nice addition. They provide real hotel sandals

Usually each room is given 2 access cards. Here they charge for 2nd card as a refundable deposit of IDR 50000.
