Value for money. Comfy bed. Good breakfast.

The taste of food is good. Many varieties of foods.

The visibility of liquor is very obvious and it is definitely not a muslim-friendly hotel. The hotel should also exhibit or provide the Halal status in the cafe.

The staff was at a very best. Great team.

The service was outstanding, the front office girl I did not get her name but on the day I checked in my flight landed way too early, but she let me check in early as the room was available. Well done Another girl working at the cafe & bar Ms Sheena, she was tremendous at her job. Well done

Room should be more fresh.

The location is very near to the place i work, hence the reason I have been regularly staying in here. The staff were all very friendly, they know me very well and prepare the room as I have requested.

One of the staff name Halizah was very rude and unprofessional. I have never seen her before this. Was not my lucky day that she attended me. She did not answer question in professional matter. And she ask you in a not pleasant tone. She seems to think people who book from Booking.com is a low class people compare to those who book directly from the IHG website. Do not expect her to walk extra mile for you. I mistakenly click twin bedded room instead of double room and request to change room. She gave a strong NO and told me they are full. But the other receptionist who usually attended me (Sorry I cant remember her name) was very kind (she has always been all the time) to check it for me and found me a double room. So, if you are checking in to the hotel, AVOID HALIZAH.. Otherwise, the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is great and convenient

There is no swimming pool nor roof top viewing gallery.The gym is small and limited.

The location is a nearby restaurant.

In terms of breakfast there is not much choice but the food is nice n delicious

The cleanliness and an affordable place to stay. A decent decorated hotel. Staff were very helpful and good variety of breakfast choices included in the stay.

Unfortunately during our stay we experienced constant blackouts which we were told out of the hotel's hands. The air-conditioning cannot be adjusted it was too cold. Additionally, the shower did not have hot water so together with the cold air-conditioner it was freezing cold.

The breakfast was superb, they have provided a variety of meals with a mixture of both Western and Locals. I think everybody had a a good amount that day. The hotel has shop lots comprising of convenience store and restaurants within walking distance. Grab car is also just a finger-tips away if you are planning to move around and visit other exciting places within the city center with astounding cheap fare charges.

I couldn't find anything that i really dislike about this hotel and the service except for the menu at the eatery. I would truly appreciate if the meals listed in the menu are available for order. LOL!

the breakfast was ready by 6am and that was awesome. The staff helped keep our luggage in the storeroom till we was back from Mount KK

The check-in should be upon arrival rather than waiting for at least 45minute

Stay here for a day. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room very comfy nd clean. Love it. Great experience that exceed out expectation.

Spacious, clean, well layed out bedroom and good shower. Bed was very comfortable with several different types of pillow (firm or soft) as options. A good variety of foods for breakfast, with a nice spread out seating area, the outdoor one was my favourite, but was unsure why there was ashtrays available on the tables outside because smoking is not supposed to be permitted at F&B premises.

Air-conditioning was way too cold, both at the lobby and the bedrooms. Something that I thought hotel management these days would understand when it comes to energy use and energy conservation.

Seriously i really enjoyed my stay here.The staff is really friendly.It was really secured and even the security guard is so nice and awesome.Everything worth it. The room is clean and comfortable Definitely going to stay here again

Room was nice n cozy. Loved the bath concept... simple yet amazing. Bed was good. Pillows were a bit too soft but goes with me. Prefer firmer ones.

The breakfast was simple but not much options for vegetarians besides bread n roasted potatoes. Would have been obliged if at least 1 main dish cud be prepared a la cart. Despite asking abt it, the staff seemed to not understand abt it so did pursue futher as I needed to go off early for meetings.

Room cleanliness and facilities are all goods. Staffs are very nice and professional too. They did as much as possible to suit our preferrance. Location anyway is good.

Everything is very good, just the size of the mattress is smaller than usual queen size. Very tight. Sleeping with my kids is a bit difficult. But normal 2 adults is fine to squeeze for one or 2 nights. Breakfast is very basic, suit basic needed. Just hope can have more meat selection. Parking is bad because is not under the shelter.

Reasonable price with strategic location. Definitely will stay here again next time!
