They don't take visitors request seriously, you need to revisit and request what you need a couple of time till they apply it
Wonderful staff, gorgeous hotel.
May 2021WONDERFULLY sweet, friendly, and hospitable staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were pleased. Restaurant staff was especially amazing, even printing out for me their house recipe for gahwa. Manager called our room every day just to check in. Amazing Arabian hospitality at its finest!
The sea bream-artichoke dish was excellent; all the fish and seafood dishes were as good as you would think, next to the coast! Unsurprisingly, the western-style dishes were only passable but the more local style dishes were much better prepared. Veggies were crisp and cooked just right! Breakfast buffet was generous and fresh--we recommend the omelettes. :)
The entire building was extremely clean and seemed almost new! The common spaces are elegant, and the room was beautiful and luxurious.
All in all, this was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it! The staff was the best of all. Thank you for working so hard. :)
(This is being VERY PICKY; really, all was good.) Beds could be a little bit softer, and perhaps more variety of pillow thicknesses offered--thinner, in this case. Crisp white feather-down bedding was lovely and luxe otherwise.
Room service food quality was a tad inconsistent; meals were either fantastically prepared or not great/dry/cool. The same dish was different on different nights, even in portion size.
Bed-side wall felt a bit thin; EXTREMELY noisy kids screeching late in the night next door. They did quiet down a little when we knocked... each night. Not the hotel's fault, though.
Our shower did leak a little bit at the bottom in room 338, but that wasn't a big deal, maybe just something manager could look into re-sealing.

the elevators to the rooms are different from the ones of the underground parking. You have to use a different elevator when you reach the lobby.

the reception staff lacks professional communication skills and they are don't know how to meet and greet the guest
for the second time, I asked for a room that faces Prince Sultan street and they said it is not available them I asked for this because I come here to set in such a room, after my insistence they offered e one.

Sep 2021My original booking was for 3 nights from 20/9 to 23/9 but I had to check out on 21/9 evening, so I'm supposed to pay only for 2 nights. But, I have already paid for full stay through booking. Hotel didn't do anything about it and I'm not sure how payment will be adjusted as per actual stay?!
