This was one of the best hotel stay I will cherish. Very clean and comfortable room it was with a beautiful nature view. Food was yummy.

The staff was very good

The bedroom provide was twin bed to the couple. Which was concerning to us

The staff here is really friendly and helpful. Ambience is great. Although, it is located in the heart of Margao City, it gives you peace and chill vibes. I love this place. Affordable yet sophisticated. We had booked the place frequently over past 2 months and they also gave us an upgrade to a delux room. I loved this gesture. Kudos to The Treat❤️

I like everything about this place.

The room was very very spacious, the staff was also good and helpful, the food served was very tasty.

It was all dirty, the gallery, lobby, everywhere used plates, dirty linen was lying. As if the staff didn't care to clean these stuff. Plus they present you with check after very delivered order which looks rather cheap, the bill could be settled after checkout. The location is worst

The room was spacious. Good lighting. Cleanliness maintained.

The fact that house keeping person enter the room in absence of guest. It is not advisable as may lead to theft or misplace of belongings.

When asked about cutleries in the room.. They said they they will check if available.

The rooms were old , window of the bathroom broken, room was smelly, and nit lainted not like in picture, full of cracks, no water was given, there was no ketle , not good value for money, room rent + gst is 2000 per room. Location is the worst

Hotel Maintenance Is Poor

The only good thing was the food.

Except food ntn was good. The staff always have excuses whenever you ask something. You ask for complimentary water bottles, you have to wait till 0900. Before that you can't even get drinking water. We got food from outside in our room , the receptionist initially refused to provide cutlery in the room saying they don't have cutlery and the restaurant in the hotel is third party and they can't take cutlery from them. After a fight , they said they'll give everything but barely gave plates . The room's bathroom was always flooded due to improper sewage. Overall, I'd not recommend anyone to stay at this place.

The only good part of this hotel is the location right in the centre close to banks and a main market bus stand. Restaurant food was really good. Taste and freshly prepared.

The pictures of the hotel are all from when they opened but nothing is maintained or cleaned regularly since then as Wall paper was peeling out and also paint on the walls was all damaged and dirty as can be seen in photos (could not post all 4 under room so posted as others) Definitely not value for money. Felt ripped off or cheated by the photos posted here.but as no refund available and other places in the city higher priced at the last minute just went there to sleep but spent full day outside... The room service was poor. Everyday had to ask for water bottles for the day and even after asking another person would call again and say purchase from restaurant... Then I would explain that we are here 3 nights... So all need to be replenished daily cause we paid same rate for daily then they will send it up... I stayed with my parents and got just 3 tiny soap and shampoo for the entire stay... They also wanted me to call and ask everytime for this, but we managed as only there to rest at night. Beds had food oil stains when asked they said it is like that only even after laundry... But i forced them to change to cleaner ones... There was no chairs or sofa for seating in the room.. Had to request for them and received two chairs which one was clean the other was torn and dirty.

The cleanliness of the room was not upto the mark. In our 3 night stay, the room was not cleaned even once. The mattress should have been a double mattress two single put together was very uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is not so good. Other room toilet pipe running in the balcony. It will smell bed.. cleaning needs to improve..

The location is the only good thing, close to the market, center of madgaon city and quite easily accessible from the railway station.

The room lacked hygiene, the walls had mold, the bathroom not clean and the shower hardly had water coming out of it, also the surrounding are extremely shabby. More over the pillows were stinking of sweat from the previous travelers, overall the pictures on the booking site were quite deceptive in comparison to the actual hotel and the amenities.

The hotel was good, but the staff were not. Manager was appriciable.

I was charged extra ₹600 even though I paid ₹6892 for 3 nights for just exceeding half an hour grace period. Initially they were charging us ₹1148 but after a argument, the manager came and agreed for ₹600. But the matter is I paid ₹600 for just 2 hrs 30 mins as we requested them that anyways you are charging us ₹600 and our train timing was 3.15 pm, so please allow us to stay some time i.e 11 am to 1.30 pm. If we consider half an hour grace period then it is ₹600 for only 2 hrs.

The hotel is located in the prime location so that's a plus point.

Its not maintained well, room looked very old, paint faded little unhygienic

Starting from the staffs to the hotel management, to even the food service, we were totally pleased by our stay at The Treat Hotel. The location is prime, you can reach here via auto or bus (once you familiarise), its just 25mins walk from Madgaon Railway Station (a walk through Margao market). The hotel has their own restaurant, and the quantity of food you get is incredible and tasty. A must stay if in South Goa.

Staff, services, cleanliness and their warm hospitality was beyond expectations.

The breakfast menu was very repetitive. Need to expand the variety of dishes for break fast.

The location or Area is not good. Hotel seems to be very old. washrooms are out dated and should be renovated. Surrounding Area is not clean It is very inside and very old building
