The room,location and the staff behaviour

The bed was too soft

There staff is extremely polite and highly cultured upto the mark. I really loved the food they served. Room were really neat & clean. Will definitely visit the property again

There's nothing about this hotel that one will not like. From the staff to the actual rooms everything is excellent. ,

The place is super spacious and has a super market downstairs hence accessibility to places like restaurants, beach and everything was spot on. The staff was moderately well mannered and hospitable.

Well this could be subjective - the place is very spacious although certain aspects were not maintained well - like the telecom line to reception, wardrobe et al. But like mentioned earlier, its very minute and subjective - not startling and prominent.

The place is close to beaches (~2KM), Don't expect same vibes as you get in Baga Calangute hotels. It's a quiet little place. Bed was very big and comfortable and the reception also accommodated our shower after the check out. So many thanks for that

The cleanliness around the kitchen and breakfast area wasn't up to the standards, The Tata sky/TV wasn't working. At some times in the evening you wont find anybody at the reception. There is no pool, We were expecting pool similar to other Fab hotel properties.

the overall property is nice. but the service and enhancement needs a lot of work.

1. wifi was not working more than half a day. it didn’t even have proper range in all areas. 2. Hot water was very slow like it would take around 20 to 25 minutes to fill bucket. so i have to call hotel for more hot water 3. there are cockroaches in the room small big.

The flooring was not good . Regarding the lights and shower after informing room service department also they told they do but didn’t responded back.. The worst thing was twice we found 🪳 cockroach’s in the room . The stay was not comfortable as we thought.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The vintage aesthetics were awesome. Wish we weren’t just passing through!

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.

The size of room was very small , not expected it was that small , no basic facilities was available

- the area has nothing to offer, too few restaurants and not as good as in other locations - hotel building is dilapidated and obviously not maintained; hallways and rooms are dirty - rooms are swarmed with cockroaches, dust and dirt. Bad design - low ceiling, improperly positioned aircon, useless table and chairs. Gloomy and suffocating atmosphere - Dirty and old linens, duvet even has holes in it - Internet is poor (staff kept on insisting it’s the WiFi password but it’s simply the internet connection which couldn’t penetrate and stabilise in the rooms) - Doors are basic - no electronic keys - not ideal for solo female travelers - unsecured - Bathroom - toilet flush is broken, shower heater doesn’t work, design is questionable - Breakfast - paltry breakfast offered and no option for non-vegetarians - pathetic customer service - asked the staff to clean up the room, they only made the bed but didn’t take the trash out or sweep the floor - You can hear the noise outside, partying of other guests, people walking to and fro
