Need few improvements on facilities

The room was good.

The pictures are not real on internet. There is no pool and the food delivery is very late. Miscommunication due to language.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staffs are very helpful and humble. Vipin was one of them with whom I interacted from the time of booking and he was very supportive. The restaurant staffs are very friendly and organised and their food quality is worth the money. Closer to the backwaters and bird scantury so you can plan your day to be spent well

nothing - I liked everything

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was sweet and the manager helpful and caring. The hotel is well maintained for what we observed! The location is good and the hotel arranged several things for us, which was appreciated :-)

The breakfast is very bad, probably the worst I ever had in India where I’ve been travelling for many years, in all kind of accommodations, homestay, hostels etc… the staff was very sweet but too unorganised, the food was less than average, choice very poor and the service totally chaotic… I don’t think it’s fair to charge for this (it’s true we were expecting much better, having notably booked for my parents the best room, which was quite expensive). I think, for a 3 or 4 * hotel, this really has to be improved… Our rooms weren’t on the garden side (although I had asked for it, but that’s ok), so it was a bit noisy with the road just nearby.
