The Rooms were decent
The Management was very unfriendly and business oriented. They were not able to relate to a human situation and left us stranded without furnishing the full details.

The location is really good. The connectivity to all the locations like railway station and airport etc is also very convenient. Breakfast was good. The staff is courteous and polite.
The room was not cleaned properly. The service is too late . I ordered for an extra towel and they got it to the room after like 30 minutes. Also when asked for sending boy to carry luggage to the ground floor from room , no one turned up and we finally had to do it ourselves. The bathroom had lot of issues like only shower system was available and no tap although bucket is provided. Also water drainage was not proper in the bathroom.

The receptionist guy was crook first he said there is no room and after waiting 20min I told him on the booking site (Booking com on Mobile App) the room is showing then he still persisted that I have personally checked whether we can allot you a room.. then I showed him the booking on mobile via booking.com site then he said that since you haven't paid s we can't give you any room. Then I told him that there is no option for payment and they have sent me confirmation email also... actually I have LOCAL friend Prakash Parida with me too who came to pick me up from Airport and he was telling that booking com site will charge ore and since I know the local area and these guys so will negotiate the price and would be able to give a fair deal. Nut this receptionist guy is too smart and crook he wanted not only to charge more but gave us hard time getting booked and confirmed rooms. After that, some lady too came and he was able to give her room quite fast since I am not eloquent with local language but from body language and receptionist behavior I believe the staff needs to check on him and ensure such incidents are not happening. In Oct month I will need to go again for Orissa visit I hope to see a better option.

What I didn't like can't be expressed in one or two lines.... Firstly they sent a wrong Google location and we were literally going round and round searching for the hotel, though it was right on the main road. Secondly, we booked a suite room, we were provided with the worst of facilities in the room. No dental kit, no shaving kit, no body soap, not even a water bottle was provided in the room. Each and every thing had to be asked and after requesting after half n hour they'll provide the same or even sometimes they straight away deny. Thirdly, as my wife had undergone a major surgery and advised by the doctor to take two pillows beneath while sleeping, we asked the room service to provide extra two pillows. After requesting several times only one pillow was provided and that too without any cover. Again we called the reception and requested them to provide another pillow as it's a medical necessity. Inspite of considering my genuine request the person at the reception started misbehaving with my wife talking rubbish and rudely with her. Last but not the least, 7 in the morning we had to check out as we had an appointment with the doctor and this fact was informed one day before to the reception. Before we can get up and get ready, the power was cut and that too in our room only. We informed the reception and they behaved as they were least bothered, and as a result we missed our appointment with the doctor.
