Dec 2019This hotel is really lovely, the staff was great and the rooms were well appointed. Our only disappointment came at the Italian restaurant in the hotel, which was incredibly slow. It was so glaringly different from all other aspects of the hotel.

Jul 2022The worst experience from the check in to the check out .. i had a bed with Stains when i entered the room .. all the corridors stink and smells really bad .. i hate to wait for over 20 mintues in the checkout to get the luggage taken to the car and i hate to carry them all by myself inorder to not miss my flight .. the manager shenny or sherry i dont really remember her name was rude and i told her the luggage asap and she just didnt care .. save your money that place is trash :)

Aug 2022I’ve stayed here many times. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I have one suggestion. The staff in Elements Bar (by the pool) should do a walk-around every 10 minutes or so to check whether guests require drinks. As it is we have to go inside and order them ourselves. It’s a small point but one which would make a huge difference.A mention for Benson on the front desk. His good humour sets a great tone as people check in and check out. My taxi failed to appear on check out and he sorted a car for me within a minute! Top class service!
