Dec 2021we stay here every time we are in the area for basketball tournaments...it is clean, safe and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

Jan 2022We got daily housekeeping service. Due to Covid-19, a lot of the hotels don't do this. This is something we really appreciated. In addition, there was “No Parking Fee” which is pretty awesome!

Apr 2022We are a family of six and had stayed here for three nights. Great experience as expected for a Marriott. Located by many food options. Great staff. Great room. We had two queen beds and wheelchair accessible restroom. Very comfortable and clean. The pool was also nice for the children.

Dec 2021The sink would take forever to drain causing water build up each use & paint was scratched off & continuing to come off the bathroom tub. It was rough & so gross i could take a shower or bath, had sponge bathe.

Jul 2022The rooms were good, we stayed 5 nights in 3 rooms. The breakfast buffet should have been free, not worth $10. No fresh fruit or even canned, just scrambled eggs, overcooked potatoes, bacon and pastries.Came home late from Disneyland and couldn’t find parking. No laundry plastic bags for dirty clothes. Room was clean and adequate. No one told us that we had to make reservations ahead of time to get room cleaned.

Jun 2022Room view was backside hotel sinage. Room had qhat appeared to be a camera intallef inside a smoke detector and adjacent motion detector. Room was outdated. Definetely nowhere close to a $220 room. Motel 6 has cleaner more modern rooms at a fraction of the outrageous ptuce of the room no room service to top it off!

Nov 2021Room showed significant wear and tear. Carpet was dirty and the couch had a large stain on it. Bathroom sink wasn't clean, and the shower drain showed significant rust and it leaked. Coffee maker didn't work and when reported to the front desk requesting a replacement, none was brought.

Jul 2022Parking was excellent. Bathtub had leaking faucet. Ice machine on 3rd floor out of order for entire stay. Noisy neighbors on both sides. (Basketball team)

Jul 2022Only one elevator was working for the entire facility. Drywall in our bathroom was buckling from water damage. No daily maid service except for special request. Bistro food was good but hated having to pay the prices.

Dec 2022No staff was there in the front desk when I arrived. I need to run around and wake random people to figure out who can help to check-in.
They couldn’t give the 2 bed room which I paid for. Instead they gave a 1 king bed room.
The bathroom was not clean and the shampoo, bodywash etc., are stale and cheap.
There are stains in the sofa and overall doesn’t look like the room is cleaned well.
