Jan 2022When we first checked in they gave us a handicap room without even asking or telling us. My husband did not even fit in the shower. When we asked to switch rooms, they told us there were no more available and we would have to wait until the next day to switch. The room was also not clean. There were stains on the couch and on the carpet. We then switched to a different room the following day, and that room was cleaner; however, we listened to a couple next to our room yell and physically fight each other all night into the following day. The walls are so thin I could hear every word they were saying to each other. I could also hear their TV so well that I knew they were watching Friends and could hear every word of the show even though it was not very loud. Staff was very polite and apologetic, but I would not recommend this hotel.

Jun 2021Was more than other places because we wanted breakfast. Even if it needed to be grab and go. This was a stop off to break up a 14 hour trip. I put this in search criteria only to be told when asking where we get breakfast that the truck didn’t show up because of Covid? I’ve owned a trucking/ logistics company for 25 years. Wrong answer. At least offer some discount. Nothing. Maybe a Starbucks card?

Nov 2020Very loud road noise! Also the staff places families with small children on the top floors, where they run and stomp around. The family above us let the kids run around until 3:30am. We had to request to relocate our room so we could try to get some sleep. Very hard to get a decent night's sleep at this Hotel.

Apr 2021This is a very nice hotel that could use some better insulation. The rooms have plenty of space, the A/C worked great (although the thermostat didn't really respond to our adjustments), there was a mini fridge, small microwave and sink, as well as two TVs. Parking was easy, and hotel staff was mostly friendly. On the other hand, we were on the second floor and could hear our neighbors on the third floor, in addition to our neighbors on both sides. We also heard the landscaping early on Sunday morning, and freeway noise, as well as police/fire/ambulance sirens throughout our two night stay, so better insulated windows would be a plus as well. Overall, if I needed to stay in the area again, I would consider this hotel.

Nov 2022The walls were thin like a Motel 6. I slept on the sofa the night I stayed because the activity in the next room’s bedroom was too loud.

May 2021The stay was great only thing that kind of wasn't happy about no breakfast for the price we are paying at least something like sack breakfast. I get the whole covid issue but other hotels provide sack or to go plates and I've paid less for my stay and they have it. Maybe lower price if no breakfast.

Sep 2021The room was outdated and had a wet smell to it. The property policy is not to clean each room until a guests third day stay. Our room seemed as if the cleaning was rushed and it needed more of a deep cleaning. For this price, stay outside the area and drive in!

Aug 2022There were a lot of ants in my room, especially the bathroom. I checked in quite late in the evening maybe close to midnight and couldn’t be bothered moving rooms.
I asked during the stay for my trash to be emptied, especially considering the ant issue but it wasn’t done. 3 nights and my room wasn’t serviced once.

Oct 2020The hotel is okay to stay for a night but that would be it for me. I am used to more luxury so this just isn't a hotel I would stay in again. We were in town for a wedding and this appeared to be the best hotel in the area. It was clean and has ample parking so that was good. The staff member who checked us in was nice enough although there was a short wait before our room was ready and it was after check in time so the room should have been ready. The room had a refrigerator which I always appreciate in a hotel room. There was enough room for the three people in our party. The view was of the parking lot in the back of the hotel but what to do about that? The beds were okay and the sheets were clean. We were getting ready for a wedding and the outlet plugs in the bathroom didn't work so that was annoying. The brand of soap they use smells like bug spray. They definitely need to change vendors. Otherwise, it was an okay stay.

Apr 2022Nice hotel. Conveniently located. Good sized rooms. Comfy beds. My roommate said she could hear people walking above us at night. I didn’t. Breakfast was average. Waffle machine was out of order. Eggs and turkey sausages. Cereal, yogurt etc. No fresh fruit. I will shop around next time I’m in the area. This place was just ok.

Oct 2020My room was very clean and fresh smelling. The bed was so comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again in the coming weeks. The overall look of the hotel is inviting and so clean too.
