The stay is pleasant and comfortable, staff is very friendly and attentive.The tour desk provide a very detail day tour . We are very please with the half day tour, very interesting.

The staff were all extremely friendly. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a very memorable stay. Especially Paul and Christine

The Sheraton staff were quite friendly. Rooms were clean.However, it was frustrating to be told that we needed to put down a deposit of 3million dong and that any extra hotel expenses would be deducted from this. When we checked out, we were asked to pay for the extra expenses on top of the 3 million dong which we are still waiting to receive after 4 days.

The Sheraton in Nha Trang was quite over crowded and there were too many children there so it was hard to relax around the pool. The room was ok, however the bed was uncomfortable and the curtains let too much light in. Overall the hotel was ok for what you pay.

The services was nice. The foods was delicious.The guy service in the parking area was slow, didnt helped much. He needs to do faster and helping the customers park their motorcycle.Everything else is good. Nothing to complains.

The pool was on the 6th level, and when we were there it was too windy and cold to be in the pool. But, who needs a pool when you have the ocean! Across the road is their private beach with lounge chairs etc. so we spent most of our time there. On another note well worth to check out the I-Resort mud spa that our concierge organised. Lots to do there and very reasonably priced.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, always assisting in calling taxis and giving recommendations of things to do in the area. The breakfast was also delicious, and had so many options to choose from! I would absolutely stay there again, 10/10 would recommend.

Our flight delayed for four hours and the concierge transport staff had waited till we showed up, i.e. Phuoc! During our stay, he went all the way to serve us on luggages, restaurant recommendation, etc. As the hotel had no room available for us to extend one night beyond our original booking, Phuoc helped us transport luggages to near by hotel as well as getting us local taxi to airport even practically we were no long his customer. We really appreciate his service and it certainly went beyond expectation. Other staff in bell desk and concierge were helpful and friendly as well. Our family of four booked a junior ocean view suite but got upgraded to executive suite. It was spacious enough after adding extra bed for one kid and another sleeping on the sofa. We got to enjoy the afternoon tea and snack at the club floor, which was a big plus to spend sometime before dinner. I highly recommend this hotel!

My stay at this hotel was great. The only small gripe that I had was not having furniture on the balcony to lounge in. Very minor. The customer service was outstanding. We ordered room service one evening and my well done burger got mixed up with a very rare ordered burger. The staff was extremely apologetic and the head Chef came to talk to us personally. I highly recommend including the breakfast with your stay. Definitely worth the value. Couldn’t be happier with our stay there.

I received offer to upgrade club room by top up certain amount, it was great stay especially service proved by the staffs in club lounge, they entertain my 3 years old child. David was helpful and recommend nice local restaurant. I wish to go back again!
