Jun 2018We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Love the hotel and room ambience. We booked 2 rooms with family. One of the room is perfectly fine. The other room has mosquitoes for consecutive 2 nights.

May 2015I took an extended stay in Wuhan after a business conference and decided to book a place near the newly developed tourist street while in proximity of the lake front and the museum. Wanda Reign has fulfilled just that, with a true 5 star environment. Staff were courteous and helpful. F&B (including breakfast) are somewhat catered for Chinese patrons but this is common for hotels in inland cities. Oh yes, the massage chair in the room was an absolute blow away!

Oct 2019Definitely the most opulent hotel I’ve stayed at, though there are definitely some signs of wear. Service was great and the location is quite well placed, with a lot of things to do in the area. Would stay again -

Oct 2017A great all around experience. The staff was fantastic from the time I was picked up at the airport to my checkout. I had a chance to enjoy the gym, spa and the Japanese style reateraunt as well. All were fantastic.

May 20141) the beds were very comfortable. 2) the espresso machine was a nice touch. 3) high quality linens and towels were great to have. 4) cleaning service was excellent. 5) Hotel location is excellent. 6) Immediate service when we had no lights in the room - the maintenance people came right away to fix the problem. A complimentary fruit plate was promised to us by the front desk however we did not receive it.
