This hotel was perfect. Great and helpful staff. Very clean and well kept. The location was amazing. Walkable to all Jaffa and waterfront and rest of city. Really appreciated the free juice, tea and coffee in the lobby. Also very nice courtyard. Absolutely would stay here if come to Tel Aviv again.

They have a no cancellation policy and no way for foreigners to really contact them. I was literally barred from entering Israel because of the Covid-19 virus event. I tried to cancel with approximately 72 hours notice, but I could not. So I was forced to pay for a hotel room I had no way of getting to, through no fault of my own.

The staff were great, location for cafes etc great & free food & drinks too! Firsa, the breakfast chef was so welcoming & keen to help in any way. I will return.

The staff here is wonderful! They have snacks, drinks and coffee available 24/7. Traveling at odd hours, this was appreciated! The rooms are clean; not spacious but not tiny, either. Bathrooms are a good size and clean. Close to all the Jaffa sites and only a twenty-minute walk from Tel Aviv. It's great having a grocery store next door as well. The hotel has a relaxing patio to enjoy your drink, food or just enjoy the area. Staff is very helpful with answering questions and even helped us get a cab after we had checked out and left the property. Definitely would stay here again!

One of the best stays we’ve had in Jaffa. Excellent service, perfect location, and incredible breakfast. Highly recommend. Basement parking a plus.

Impeccable service that is both very courteous and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable with a cute porch. 5 mins walk to cool stores, great restaurants and bars, flea market, and of course, the sea. Stayed twice and will gladly return.

I liked a garden. Choice of food excellent. A reception space is very small. Excellent location.

Hotel is good, great location and nice. Rooms are small, and old. No USB charging options, limited power outlets and overall not what o was expecting. Price for value doesn’t make sense.

everything was perfect. the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were perfect (aside from our fridge that was not working, but we did not need it), and the little terrace and the wine, tea and frozen coffee available 24h per day in the lobby made our stay that more relaxing and enjoyable. thank you, until next time!

Everything about this hotel was perfect. It is close to the bus line 46 (2 min walk) which takes you to the central train and the bus station. The breakfast was so rich and delicious with many different food types for everyone. The staff knew the answer to all our endless questions and always helped us with a genuine smile. The 24 hour food and drinks were just lovely! Thank you for the best experience, we will be back in Tel Aviv to stay here again!
