This property was filthy, dead bugs in the room. The bed had been slept in, ie: dirty sheets, cigarette ashes on the pillow and sheets, Used towels trash on the floor

They put me out ut for having a service dog and then I left my wedding rings and they stole them the lady in the office is very mean and just keeps saying her house keeper is there I just want my rings back plus they have roaches and the room was disgustingly dirty

The worst hotel i have EVER stayed in. It was filthy. The walls looked like there was blood on one wall. There was a dirty diaper in one of the drawers. There were holes in the walls.

The stay was good, they just need some " Do not disturb " signs, because the cleaning lady walked in on me, but other than that it was a great stay.

The room wasn’t fancy, just comfortable and clean. Looks like an unfinished construction project in the room but it didn’t hinder my stay.

The room was not clean and the blanket on the bed had cigarette burn holes. The bathroom was not clean, the microwave was not clean. The room is a little outdated.

The property had blood on the bed sheets. There were no mattress protector and huge stains on the mattress. The chairs were black with stain. The bathroom was filthy with used towels. The management said I get refunded because I did not stay then lied to the Expedia representative making a refund difficult. The place is a biohazard, do not stay here!

The lady couldn’t find my reservation. She ended up giving me an occupied room. I checked out early, told them 24 hours in advance, was still charged. They hang up every time I call after saying call back in two hours.The room was dirty, tv sucked, no WiFi.

Place was nothing more than adequate. Not especially good value wise. Strangest thing I noticed was the floor was perpetually wet.

Place was a dump. It was dirty. There were stains on the sheets, the one chair in the room was all torn up. The area itself was sketchy. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here.

Like others said, you get what you pay for. Is definitely not the best place to stay. The place needs an update. My experience was the bed sheets had stains and the bathroom had mold. Recommendations, make sure you bring your own pillow and towels.

It was the absolute worst motel bed spread sheets at the bottom of the bed was filthy nasty and dirty, manager and his wife both rude make up their own policy or rules, had the big dog running through the parking lot, call the cops three times in one week absolutely terrible service, smelled like mold in the air conditioner I coughed badly in my sleep

It was convenient and the price was perfect

It was beyond dirty. We pulled their covers from the bed and used our own. Unfriendly staff there was 2 dirty looking towels in the room. There was 4 of us. We ask for more towels were firmly told no.

It was a very relaxing stay. Wish they had more tv stations, but over all it was a nice place to stay.

It should be mentioned that this property is not a family friendly, the AC is not working properly, and generally it should be for someone who does not have a place to stay other than this. The staff are good though and they are pleasant.

I stayed here for 3 days to visit Memphis for the first time. I reserved two rooms, one for my husband & I, & one for my sister. Both rooms were downstairs, but it is a two story hotel with doors facing the exterior, not an interior main hallway. I prefer to stay in hotels and motels without interior hallways, so my husband can step out and smoke. We were able to keep our car parked directly outside our hotel room. This hotel is pet friendly, I stayed with my two large dogs, who are accustomed to traveling with us. The guy next door to us had a little Wienie Dog. I also saw another German Shepard as well. I did not hear any loud dogs barking, and the property was clean and well kept, no dog poo or trash anywhere. Rooms were clean, we had plenty of clean towels and soaps. I did not have to ask for anything. The only thing I noticed in need of repair/ replacement was our smoke detector. The wifi was open, required no password, just at certain times of the day, it lagged, but I did not have issues at night with it. We had a refrigerator and microwave in our room, only used the fridge, no bad smells, both clean and working. There were no loud or suspicious people there the entire 3 days we were there. The area surrounding the hotel was good enough (a residential area) that I could walk both my dogs all three days, day and night with no issues. There are restraunts nearby, a Mexican restraunt, a McDonald’s, and an Iron Skillet. Also a Love’s 24 hour truckstop/ gas station.

I didn’t like how ran down and dirty the mattress was for 70 a night more like 50 or 55 should be at the most snappy woman
