Nov 2022very good location, right next to freedom square. the cafe on the 5th is amazing, quite chill and relaxing. not very clean, my carpet was quite dirty with stains of coffee everywhere. also no gym at a very big hotel

Jul 2021This is not your typical Ibis: very trendy, colorful & I even got a room with a huge terrace. The rooftop restaurant is fun, service is great (English is perfect) and location is as central as it gets. Highly recommend!

Sep 2022This is an overrated Hotel. It finds its listing on top not due to popularity but being an advertised listing it pops up on the top so do not be misled. Its a very basic hotel with small rooms and tiny toilets

Sep 2022The hotel is very new and clean, excellent and courteous staff, centre of the town, old Tbilisi.The breakfast is sumptuous and even has slight variation everyday. We there is something for everyone, the vitamin booster and home made yogurt were awesome, so were the hot food spread with a mix of local and international.The reception staff were very attentive, highly recommend staying here.Thank you one and all at Ibis Tbilisi.

Dec 2022Really nice hotel. Bar and breakfast very good and staff were helpful. Only have two complaints - one I thought the transfer was a lot. Yandax cost me $10 but with the hotel it was $35. Other issue is I didn’t sleep well. The air con doesn’t work and is set on a constant heat coming out which I found too hot. The bar next door also played loud music (booming loud) until 2am on a Sunday night.

Dec 2021Our stay in the hotel was very comfortable. The location is very convenient to go in many places. The hotel staff are very professional (especially Ms Keti at the front desk), polite and excellence in service. Our breakfast was also very good.

Oct 2019Location is wonderful, close to freedom square. Rooms are small, and he sink is within the room and not separately. Smells easy come from toillets to the room.

Jul 2022Location is ideal, which is few meters away from Liberty Square. It is also in a ‘posh’ lane, with many dining options. The staff are friendly. And huge thank you to Anya for her tireless assistance in finding us tickets to go to Batumi. Thank you very much

Oct 2021Highly recommended. Located in the city center and everything is accessible by walk.Keti from the reception was super nice and welcoming.Giorgi from the bar was also nice and very helpful.Sad to leave the hotel but definitely gonna come back.
