ビジネス利用でも問題はないが、土地柄か海外観光客向けが主流の様相。隣の話し声が聞こえるくらい壁は薄い。連泊時、部屋の掃除を断った際でもアメニティはドアノブにかけてくれるところは良い。

１人でしたが、ツインを準備していただき、充分に広く快適に過ごすことが出来ました。１０階だったので、窓から見える夜景が良かったです。１つ気になったとすれば、隣の部屋の音が思ってた以上に響いてきた事くらいかな。

We stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks and used it as a base for travelling around the Kansai region as well as trips further afield to Tokyo and Hiroshima. We found all the staff to be friendly, accommodating and very eager to please - nothing was too much trouble. They looked after us very well including ensuring our safety during one of the worst typhoons to hit the area in 25 years. Our room was very clean, comfortable and had a fabulous view over Kansai and to the sea. We even had a little origami crane on our bed every morning, as well as slippers and dressing gown, a very nice touch. We were also pleased to have a kettle and fridge in the room The staff in the dining room at breakfast time were very friendly and helpful, my husband and I would like to thank all the staff for making us feel so at home, the manager even ran after us after we had checked out to shake our hands and wish us well on our return journey.

The place is so good to stay the staff are so friendly and entertain guest patiently .

The hotel room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed an amazing city view from my room. I had an early flight but they provided a free shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient.

Started on a negative note because we arrived in Tokyo and was hit by the typhoon. Bullet trains were not in operation on Sunday 30 September which meant we could not travel to Osaka from Tokyo. We made contact with the hotel to try and cancel the first night as we needed to book another night in Tokyo but we were told NO REFUND even though it was a natural disaster beyond our control.

The place was very accessible because it is very near the Izumisano station (Nankai line) and very convenient as it has many stores located in the vicinity. It is a preferable place to stay for someone going to Kansai International Airport because they also offer a free bus shuttle to both terminal 1 and 2 of the airport in the morning.

I really recommend this hotel. Its very clean and good location. Also it seves a delicious break fast. There are many dish so you can enjoy eating!

Easy check in. Great location, only 2 subway stops from KIX. We got a 5-beds room with a great view, very spacious and large bathroom. Nice Japanese pub and restaurant around. Convenient store close by also.

Easily walkable from Izumisano station but with my bags, I opted for a taxi as it only cost a few hundred yen. Hotel staff is nice and helpful and the hotel room is clean and decent. Breakfast just wasn’t.

Checked in easily... Room larger than I expected. Everthing I needed for long layover. Bed was comfortable =)
