Wonderful room and great staff. However the cost of the dinner buffet for what was there was not the greatest. Breakfast buffet was great though!

We had such an amazing time the last time we stayed in Liber so our family decided to stay here again for two consecutive nights. As always, the hotel is clean and the service was good. We availed the breakfast buffet and it was worth it! The only down side was a lot of people were not following the rules of no wearing hotel room wear and room slippers at the spa and and other places in the hotel so that kind of lowers the standards of the hotel in some way. Other than this, it was again an amazing stay.

We had a great experience, there. The rooms were wonderful and comfortable. Mattresses were a bit hard, but okay. Food choice at the dinner buffet was a bit limited for the price.

We booked this little family getaway to go to Universal Studios and sightsee around Osaka. The hotel property is beautiful and very clean, I love the modern design. The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. They were also attentive and accommodating whenever we needed something/ help. The only dislike I had was the location, it is a train stop away from Universal but no real food options besides the hotel’s 2 restaurants and the nearby 7/11 and Lawson. Although you can get great cheap food from these places if your on a budget which is great. We ate at one of the hotel restaurants (The Liber Cafe I believe it was called) for dinner. The dining experience and staff was great but the food wasn’t appetizing to me, my steak came out bleeding even though I said well done. Also, the beds were very firm and uncomfortable for us. We ended up having to place an extra duvet on top of the mattress to make it more comfortable. My family and I overall enjoyed our stay at the Liber Hotel.
