Oct 2019I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. Great location, awesome staff. There is 24 h restaurant just around the corner. I would come back to Soft hotel again!

Aug 2019Batumiyə ilk səfərimiz idi. İlk dəfə idi uşaqla səyahət edirdik deyə otel seçimində tərəddüd edirdik. Ancaq oteli seçərkən çox suallarımız olurdu.Soft Otelin əməkdaşı bütün suallarımızı mehribancasına cavablandırdı və həm otelin ətrafı həm Batumi haqqında məni maraqlandlran sualların hamısına dəqiqliklə tez bir zamanda cavab verdi. Səyahətimiz zamanı həm otelin təmizliyi həm xidməti ən çox da yerləşməsindən çox razı qaldıq. Batuminin əsas görməli yerlərinə 3-5 dəqiqə ərzində piyada getmək mümkündür. Otelin düz yaxınlığında market, restoranlar, park. avtobus dayanacağı yerləşir. Otağın təmizliyi və genişliyi bizi razı saldı. baxmayaraqki biz mətbəxsiz otaq seçmişdik ancaq otel işçiləri o dərəcədə mehriban idiki bəzən uşaq üçün yeməyin isidilməsi və hazırlanmasında da köməklik göstərirdilər.Bizim üçün xoş bir səyahət oldu. Bir daha Batumiyə səfər edərsək yenə də Hotel Softda qalacağımıza əminəm.
