The property is good and located in the best of the entire stretch of Kumarakom. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Restaurant service needs to improve, staff are not courteous and friendly. Used the spa Kerala massage service, it was not a great service and better to check the pricing and services provided before opting for a treatment

Nice location, excellent service and food is very good. Ongoing construction is real nuisance especially during the day. There should be a warning about during the booking process
