Campanile Shanghai Bund Hotel

The location was good. It was close to Nanning Road and the Bund. Staff was nice and helpful. Best value for money. The room was clean (not as a 5* hotel), the bed was comfortable. Overall it was a good stay. Breakfast was better than in many Chinese Hotels, I got free breakfast but definitely would pay for it if I don't.

Everything was good and good value for money but they can add cheese for breakfast and maybe better coffee.

The Breakfast was a mixed of international and English or rather more at the English kind of breakfast. It was OK for the price I paid. It was situated close to many recommended places that you shall visit when you are in Shanghai like The Bund, Peoples Square, Shanghai museum and the Old Town.

There is nothing I will complain to.

The bed was great, good coffee and breakfast (boiled and scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, bread, jam, desserts, yogurt, cereal, steamed veggies, rice, Chinese porridge, juice, fried spring rolls etc), polite staff, smoking area outside, access to hot water on the first floor, combs/toothbrushes on demand, perfectly clean, ac works well. Btw great location. Very close to literally anything. The windows face the road, but I didn't hear a thing.

Thin walls, but not too bad, I could hear staff talk across the hall in their room (I was in 433). For breakfast, could add a bit of fresh vegetables :) and maybe clean the windows, but for me it didn't matter. Ah, I think the hairdryer was broken, it blew cold air even on hot. Took me a while to dry my hair. Hopefully it will be replaced :)

Staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable, excellent beds and air conditioning. Breakfast great for value, we rebooked here after checking out the radisson- if you don’t need gym/pool, this space is HIGHLY recommended.

Room is clean and comfortable. even air purifier is provided. walking distance to Dashijie subway station (800m away). Quiet neighborhood and nice community park in front of the hotel

need to walk a fair bit of distance or take public transport if you want to look for decent restaurants

Overall it is a good hotel just a bit far from the metro station

Really comfortable and modern breakfast buffet was delicious a lot of options

Really clean. Great atmosphere. But thin doors. You can hear everything inside the building. But double glazed Windows preventing the outside. Very noisy families and drunk men in corridors, buuuut it’s all happy and positive. If you’re coming for a quiet relaxing time maybe not the best hotel for you.

Noisy and bathroom wasn’t very clean

Quite near city center with a very good price. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was pleasant.

Windows were hard to close completely.
