The hotel is run down , staff were not friendly, cat vomiting around pool area also jumping on tables eating food , rooms do not have disability access , room was not cleaned and towels smelt of smoke , over priced for the rooms , they gave us one room and aircon was not working very poor would not recommend this hotel

Dirty swimming pool, no checking temperature on arrival not even any waiting at the entrance, mosquitoes everywhere, no tv channels in the room, kitchen close can’t order food ...!!

Pool area and location, balcony. Breakfast was reasonable, great eggs..

Booked and confirmed superior room on 1st floor overlooking pool. Upon arrival was put into dungeon room at front of hotel. After lots of discussion with young man on front desk, we were moved to the room originally booked. Room was dated and a bit grubby, but a lovely balcony overlooking pool and gardens made up for it. . Photos online don't show the true state of the property or its facilities. There was no restaurant and no poolside bar, despite the hotel marketing both . The staff tried very hard to help guests, but had very limited English and it seemed little support and guidance from the owners. This place could be fantastic with a bit of paint, new linen, cleaning, TLC, descent management and some proper maintenance. The position is wonderful , in a quite local lane with a few shops and close to all the wonderful sights that PP has on offer.

Pool and breakfast were great

Perfect location (though be aware, down a side alley), nice cooling swimming pool. Staff friendly and pleasant.

We had a blocked drain in our bathroom, did inform them but wasn't sorted during our (short) stay. Might have been because we were out most of the time though. Breakfast service was sometimes a little slow.

They cancelled our booking after the official check-in time. The hotel sent an email saying they were “pleased to cancel” our booking and we could find alternate accommodation ourselves.

Room not close to what was booked on website but the staff did their best to make me comfortable. Problem was with booking not with the hotel and all in all my Ray was made okay by good staff moving my room

Location was good. It was easy to get to the various markets and places of interest. Staff were friendly. There was a house cat that was very cute.

Felt the hotel was a bit old and could do with some renovation for example the beds were wooden and had small cracks and filled with dust. Mattress and pillows were quite hard and I had trouble sleeping on the first night. As it is quite near the street, was a bit noisy in the morning and you could hear birds chirping. The water pressure for the shower was weak.

Location perfect git rickshaw outside of hotel to museum and killing field cist $25 waited for us perfect shower breakfast ok lovely pool area

The room could do with some tlc

Location of the guesthouse is great: walking distance to the Royal Palace, National Museum, water front and the Independent Monument. Swimming pool is nice.

The bed sheet smells musty. The staff are not well trained yet as they didn't know how to set up a table for breakfast. I stayed for two nights. In the first morning, the toasts were burnt. And then the second morning, the toasts were raw! The staff told me the toast machine was broken. No butter, no jam or jelly.
