Nov 2022The staff were extremely friendly and were always happy to help guide us around the city and fix any problems that arose. The rooms were bigger than we expected. Great and safe location. Great value for money. For reference we are 3 Mid 20s Australians travelling for work.
The wifi in the rooms is poor, but there is a restaurant downstairs that's part of the hotel that has good wifi.

The beds were like rocks, paan all the way up the wall near the rubbish bin, mosquitos like I’ve never experienced before, and the bathroom- we decided NOT to shower! For the price….the facilities should be a lot better. it’s more like a ₹2000- a night stay NOT ₹5000 plus!

Feb 20221. Staff was extremely rude. Following are some of the basic things they couldn't provide - a. We ordered room service, they didn't provide any cutlery or plates. On asking repeatedly, they provided 1 plate and 1 bowl to be used between 2 people. b. On asking for a few napkins for the room, they said they're out of stock. Absurd! c. My mother asked for some fresh towels, staff said they don't have any as the laundry hasn't come back. I'm surprised how can they not have extra towels for the guests. d. I had already done a web check-in as treebo is offering now a days. Despite sharing all the documents before hand, the staff made us go through the whole process. Not a complaint but then what's the use of moving things online.
Overall, a very average stay with no help from the staff at all
