Jun 2022Very helpful staff, accept payments in different currency, someone on the desk at night. Good location, very close to subway. Many restaurants around.
Poor sound insulation (there is a nightclub in the basement of the building, and the noise does not stop half the night), the hotel is very old. The furniture is broken, the shower does not work well, the bed creaks. No elevator in building, and hotel on the 2nd floor, so luggage need bring by stairs.

May 2022This hotel has good location and friendly staff, it's quite cheap and has a 24/7 check-in counter.
There is a night dancing club in the basement, and the room has poor noise isolation, so you won't have a chance to sleep well. The room is dark, dirty, old and has a smoke smell. Lots of stuff is broken including tap. Mattress, towels, linen - all very old and disgusting. As a bonus there are some dried boogers on the walls in the restroom. Wi-Fi is extremely slow and only suitable for text messaging.

I do like the place, the location is amazing to say the least.
There was no elevator, people with many stuff, children, disabled, or elderly will dislike this.

This is absolutely not even a hotel. The entrance of the hotel is hard to notice. No one is there to help me with the luggage. I checked in a room that has no pillows, I had to ask for it. You could hear the noises from the streets, reception and other rooms.

The stuff wasn't very professional. The hotel is located over a nightclub so we had loud music disturbing our sleep. The shower wasn't very hot. Not a good stay overall.

Requested two separate twin beds but only a room with a single king bed was available. It wasn't critical for us since we were travelling with my son, but in other circumstances it could be a problem :)

Mar 2020The breakfast was very good, the staff was very helpful and kind, and although it is not in the old Tbilisi area, you can easily get there by car, metro or even having a walk.
The hotel is very nice and we really liked it, but it is not a 4 stars.

No breakfast included. MOSTLY, NO GYM INCLUDED, even if in the presentation was mentioned. No cleaning unless you request it, even so they don’t do it. The guy was not happy that we wanted to pay by credit card.

Hotel is located at the first floor. There was no elevator, only stairway.
Hint: provide feedback paper for customers so you can improve your hotel. I could add a list of small remarks here but it should be really done on a hotel feedback paper.

Dec 2022in a good central location, unfortunately the nightclub in the basement of the building was extremely loud to hear every night, in one of the booked rooms you could also feel the bass very clearly. In the other room it was minimally quieter, but here one of the mattresses was irreparably damaged, which the room service should definitely have noticed when making the beds before our arrival.
Although it was a non-smoking hotel, there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke.
