The check in guy was not the friendliest and acted like I was a bother

The bed was not very comfortable. The room looked very run down. Noise from the room beside me kept me up very late Into the Night.

The bathroom toilet came off when we went to the bathroom. The door handle doesn't work correctly.

The Amman that owns this hotel property was extremely rude. I slept there 1 night and got bit multiple times by something all through the night. I woke up to bumps all over my neck, shoulder, and back. When I told him about it he proceeded to argue by saying “the mattresses are new” and I get that but that doesn’t change the fact that I still have bites all over me. So I took the liberty of flipping the mattresses myself and found dead bugs, dirt, and trash. The drain to the shower also barely drained and the air conditioning unit was very dirty and it smelled musty when it ran. I will not be going back.

Room smelled of smoke, sheets and blankets worn and dirty and full of cigarette holes terrible. The manager Was courteous and did bring us new sheets and we went and bought a blanket to put on the bed other than that good air conditioner but all I can say

Room smelled of body odor/urine every time you came from outside into it. AC did nothing to clear the air. You get what you pay for.

Our sheets were apparently not clean …. Had clumps of hair on them. One bed didn’t have a fitted sheet instead just a flat sheet on top of mattress cover. One blanket had many burn holes fromCigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The smell when we walked in was horrible. The only thing that was clean was bathroom. Several things had broken pieces such as night stand or latched lock on door .

Old and run down, but cheap. If the staff had been kind and responsive it would have been ok, but since they were slow and cranky I wouldn't recommend this place.

Not the best choice. Desk staff was not very friendly at check in. Hotel a bit run down. I won’t stay again most likely.

Missing light bulbs, faucet was not attached to the sink at all, coffee pot was dirty and no coffee left after housekeeping. A/C working but not a dehumidifier. Police called to altercation at 2 am next door...on and on.

I wasn’t overly impressed. I walked into the office/lobby to check in and was told to go back outside to the window. It felt like -14. I could see the front desk and it looked like a disaster with papers everywhere and thrown on the floor. Nothing looked organized. Our room was not very clean. There was dust everywhere, something was in the toilet, a washcloth looked like it had mascara stains on it, and the mirror was covered in weird smudges. When checking out, it looked like I woke up the the main woman even though it was almost 9am. She just stared at me like, “what do you want??” No ‘good morning’ or ‘hello’ or anything. We also tried driving out of the parking lot, but the cleaning cart was just in the middle of the road with no one to be found. The only decent thing was that the heater worked really well in the room. Good customer service and cleanliness goes a very long way.

I did not get to stay that night, the manger needed my sister and her id. she was not with me. i drove 121/2 hours to olk. to pick up a puppy.I thought I would get a good night sleep and he refused me . so I tried to sleep in my car that night, I what a refund, he would not let me have the room. I paid with my sister Maryjo card. and my name is on the bank account. but he wouldnt listen. I even said we could convorm with Maryjo.

Horrible! Our room had a gap between the door and door facing large enough to fit my hand through vertically. We did not stay here, unfortunately, we forfeited our money. It was a sold out concert we were staying for and we happened to luck upon a room across the street the day of the concert due to a cancellation. We would have slept in our vehicle before stepping foot back in this nasty and unsafe place. They have plastered “no refunds” everywhere and that should have been my first clue. There was a dark reddish subsistence dripping down the bathroom door. Toilet was filthy along with all of the walls. We couldn’t escape quick enough.

Dirty linens (blood on a pillowcase, makeup on a washcloth), stale cigarette smoke even though the room was “non-smoking.” On one bed the headboard had fallen off and was on the floor. No soap in the bathroom. Bed made a noisy clanging sound when anyone move. Refrigerator was unplugged and water from it had run out onto the floor. Cigarette burn holes and stains on the bedspreads At checkout after 8:00 AM there was no one in the office. I had to ring the night bell for several minutes to get someone, and she came to the office in pajamas, as she had been asleep. This is no way to run a motel. We will definitely never stay there again!

did not have breakfast as advertised, no coffee for the coffeemaker, tv remote control didn't work.

Definitely a budget room. Was clean Service very poor. I went to check out and rang the bell numerous times without any response. Then called their number numerous times before someone finally came to the window. She looked as if I had woke her up all discheveled. She brushed me off when I inquired about getting my deposit back, telling me would be in my account. By 11am. It was not. I had to call back and explain my dilemma and finally got my deposit back. They did not have an issue with charging my card for the room before we even checked in. The only good thing about the stay was the room was clean. Most likely won’t stay here again

America's BVI is close to where I wanted to be in Siloam Springs, and also close to McDonalds, Walmart Marketplace and other restaurants and stores.

A gap at the bottom of the front door made the door not shut or seal good, a mouse was roaming our room. Room had a musty odor.
