Very clean.Family oriented Great valueFor price

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation! The room was nice and we had a nice view of the city. The breakfast was good and they change it up a bit each day. There are plenty of dining options nearby. I was worried about parking after reading all the reviews about the sketchy parking lot. It really didn't seem sketchy at all. The lady running it was very nice and even gave us a deal, $25 for 2 nights. Half the price of having valet park your car in that same lot. We weren’t offered the same deal when there was a different attendant for our other two nights though. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice and friendly hotel. It is also clean. It is in a great location with shops and restaurants around.

This is a good hotel, near the mall and clean but the only complaint i got is there’s no complimentary bottled water in the room and i went to buy 2 bottled water at the snack bar and it cost me almost $9!

This hotel was very good and affordable. The area and view is quite nice and overall a great place to lodge at a good price. The free breakfast was very good with several options and the location was very close to the glendale galleria which is a great mall to shop at.

They didn't have the room for 6 they were had reserved and they would not make it right.

The stuff was and the location are really good, but te breakfast was poor, there was no fantasy of making food besides bacon eggs and cereals...

The room is not cold enough (hotttttt I complain but still same temperature the refrigerator is not working) I’m not happy about that

The people were amazing the service was great. The one thing that was disappointing was the room. I had old lumpy beds and the rooms do not get leaned daily. We stayed 3 nights and the trash and dirty towels were piling up. They should at least do a light cleaning and replace items that get used. The price for the stay is a bit high

The lady who checked us in was so kind and accommodating. Our room was clean and lovely. We had a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend!

The hotel was excelente value for money, nice staff, nice breakfast, up to date rooms. I would note that not having room cleaning during the stay was disappointing, did expect it from a Hyatt Place.

The breakfast and lobby staff were amazing. The one housekeeper older hispanic lady was not very friendly and not helpful when asked for items for our room. We stayed for 7 days and she was there everyday on the fourth floor and we would say hello and she would have a rude demeanor. Otherwise everything else was exceptional.

Slight issue with night staff first telling me they didn’t have luggage stands (they upgraded room and prior one had one), then they called and said they would find one and never followed up. Day staff took care of it IMMEDIATELY. Valet guys kept changing radio station in vehicle and I left a brand new bottle of smart water in back seat….it was gone by next morning. Realize they may be subcontracted so did not reflect on rating here. Your staff overall was AMAZING!!!!

Shower Water pressure needs to improve only complaint!

Second time staying here. Love it, very convenient location to a lot of entertainment and food. Will continue to stay here when visiting the area

Sabrina at the front desk was most hospitable and gracious upon trying to check in about a quarter before the 3:00pm check in. Although our 2 queen beds with a view Expedia booked room wasn’t going to be ready yet anytime soon after our drive from the Northern California Bay Area, she was able to comp us with a different accommodation upgrade. My wife and I would get our own King Bed with a View Room #815 and my young teenage son would get his own adjacent separate King Bed with a View Room #817. In addition, she even comped us our parking for our two nights stay for the busy fully booked July/August Glendale weekend. The King beds were very memory foam gel like comfortable to our liking. The showers’ water pressure was strong with massage like power. The spaciousness of the room was great and the view in the day and evening was spectacular overlooking the city and hills/mountains. Stream from your Apple/Android device to TV too. The cleanliness in the room and public areas were evident as well. The breakfast buffet under the conditions of COVID-19 were respectable and convenient enough to have enough selections to grab and go or sit and eat at tables provided. The location is ideal for walking distance to shopping and dining too. The parking garage is just about 20 yards around the corner of hotel of this alleyway, which is tolerable if you walk fast and keep aware of your surroundings. I would recommend staying here at the Glendale Hyatt Place for you all too.

Recently visited L.A. with my nephews, and we stayed at Hyatt Place. Front desk staff was very helpful and inviting. And, our overall stay was comfy and cozy.The breakfast was a great bonus. It was plentiful and filling (waffles, eggs, bacon, juice, etc.).Upon arrival, I was a bit skeptical, as a dirty washcloth was left thrown over the shower rod. A bit more attention to detail is warranted by housekeeping.There is plenty of dining and shopping within walking distance of the hotel. A CVS is right across the street.Tips/things to know: 1) Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. That was fine with me, as I don't do a complete daily cleaning of my bedroom and bathroom at home. 2) Valet parking is $25 (plus tip) per night. There is a parking deck down the alley that charges $15 a day. I had no issues with safety or getting in & out of the structure.

Property was ok but parking sucks. No services to any interested places. Dont book if you are on family vacations
