This is an excellent property, great location, free transfer to airport, and a large mall is walking distance. The rooms are large and the breakfast is also good.

The views were incredible and the staff were accomodating. The room was warm, clean and you couldn't hear the traffic. Great location! Lots of restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle was super useful and efficient.

The hot part of the breakfast was a bit strange as it had big pieces of meat and fried tofu... But there was an amazing variety of fruit and lots of juices etc

The view of the mountains from room 595 was amazing, the bed and shower were both huge. Temperature was easy to change in the room. The bars and restaurants connected on the ground floor of the hotel were convenient, and having cashpoints within the grounds felt very safe too.

I wasn't told what floor I was on or how to operate the lift with the key card. The mini fridge was quite noisy but I wasn't sure if I was allowed to switch it off when not in use. I didn't have a 'Do Not Disturb' hanger to put on the door so I was woken up early after a late night.

The toilet paper sucked. The bathrooms tiny. The door catch caught my toe. Ouch and stupid where it is. Porque. Right in front of toilet. Who is the dumbass that thought of this? Few other stupid things but price was amazing. You wanted my opinion you got it.

The staff is ultra super duper nice and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. Vanessa, Juan, the bartender (I don't remember his name), the housekeeper Zuleima, the security staff, the taxi drivers Mr. Alberto and Mr. Eduardo. Every single one of them gives excepcional treatment and are incredibly helpful and resourceful. They know the city like the back of their hand and confidently recommend just what you need. Every interaction with them was memorable. I'm super grateful to have such a great team working nonstop and always with a smile on their faces. The hotel is in a very centric location. You can walk everywhere from there. Malls, restaurants, pharmacies and parks are within walking distance. There's plenty of choices to eat in the building. There's also a gym.

The room was spacious, the hotel had various restaurants on the first floor, the breakfast buffet was great and the cleaning and buffet staff was attentive.The view and neighborhood was pretty.

I stayed on the fifth floor and almost every morning I could hear a church or a sales person with a megaphone. The suite is not noise cancelling. The suite balcony is locked, you have to ask for hotel security to open it. The bed was hard.

The room was nice and clean, the staff at the front desk was nice.

Room service is only available until 10 PM and the minibar at the room was empty, so we had to take a taxi to a supermarket just to buy something to drink and a snack. Staff at the restaurant were just talking to each other from one side of the restaurant to the other while everybody was having breakfast. Breakfast was not good, the main dish was meat and rice (for breakfast). Only 1 option of fruit, only 1 option of eggs (scrambled with nothing else, no ham, no cheese, no tomato, nothing).

The pricing was great, and it was located a 10 min walk away from the Agora Bogota convention centre, which was very convenient for us. Rooms were spacious and comfy.

Our room lacked a fridge, while a similar twin room did have one, which was strange.

The location was perfect for my needs. Very quiet and clean hotel, staff was great, very good restaurant with a good variety, Jessica from the restaurant is a sweetheart very kind her service was a 10+, will use this hotel again.

Room service was great, food espectacular, food pricing excellent. Service at front desk was fast. The room was quiet and clean. Very nice size. It excede my expectations. Hotel shuttle was there to pick up us.

The shuttle on our way back to the airport was nice, but the driver was so slow that we almost lost our plane. But other than that, was perfect and very convenient.
