May 2019When we checked in the agent was very friendly. Our room was easy to get to and close to the rear entrance for our dogs. The only negative there was dried blood on the inside out the sheer curtains in the room and the remote on the tv didn’t work most of the time.

Aug 2022When my boyfriend and I arrived to check in , the lady at the front desk was on her phone talking to someone and had a attitude when I came to check if we can check in early , I said we have a reservation , with a very annoyed look she said “ check in is at 3 and we’re full “ and went back to her phone call . But when we came back another lady took her place and was very kind and welcoming completely different demeanor than the one was there that morning at 1140am

Apr 2011welcome receptionist at time couldn't be bothered, room was ok although cleaner's hoover must have a problem reaching skirting boards as all around the edges were not clean bed was comfortable, breakfast was poor, little choice available

Jul 2019We found spiders in our room the place needs renovation desperately it was a broken screen window outside our door the floor seems in the bed with her never put together right they allow dogs which is great because we have two service dogs but they never clean the carpets after the dogs leave and they can smell P from previous dogs

Jun 2022Usually happy with laquinta. This one is in a terrible area. Kinda ghetto. Paid way too much for a hotel in dire need of updates. They didn't even have usb charging ports. This hotel needs some TLC. Peeling paint and graffiti in elevator is major turn off when you spent almost $200! I'll never stay in Victorville LaQuinta ever again if I can help it. Other LaQuinta's, yes, this one he_ll no.

May 2022Upon closing the door it would slam, that it would make a lot of noise. Carpet smells like animal urine.

May 2022The stay was ok, the beds were very firm which for me and my family we didn’t enjoy at all. The bathroom toilet handle came off, and the sink drain plug didnt work. Other than that everything was ok with no major issues

Mar 2022The staff were very nice and helpful.The renovation to the kitchen and lobby was nice. Breakfast was ok. House cleaning keep the rooms very clean.The property needs to remove all the trash on the side and back of building when you look out the windows or walk around.Maintence should learn to have quality in the workmanship when maintaining the rooms.

Feb 2022The service was amazing the assistant manager Renee Was so friendly the point where we were talk a lot during breakfast and I look forward to talking to her the next day. Just by pure conversation I look forward to visiting again, it’s always nice to feel welcomed when you are coming in from out of town!

Jul 2019The room was big but it smelled. Smelled like dog pee. Not sure if we had a room that is dog friendly but was very unpleasant. Sprayed perfume to mask the smell. The tv satellite didn’t work and had to be replaced. Overall not a good stay.

Oct 2022There was no way to stream from your laptop, the TV was closed off from and no way to change the input from the HDMI. You only had basic cable with Showtime showing old films. This is 2022, and people Stream through their phones and laptops, the Hotel is living back in the 60's, Way to Go Wyndham. Will probably not book a Wyndham hotel again?

Dec 2022Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The only problem was that high winds outside affected the bathroom fan, making it sound like a construction zone. By keeping the fan on all night, it quieted the noise. Reported it to front desk next morning. They wrote down to tell maintenance staff. Otherwise, very nice and we will stay again.

Sep 2021Staff was friendly and helpful the hotel was under renovation and my bathroom door handle broke in half but after the renovation is completed I will stay there again rooms were clean and spacious and they are dog friendly which is a plus when you have a 105 pound puppy who travels with you

Jun 2022One of the cutest hotels. Equipped very well and ambiance was great. Small shop for essentials was great. Continental breakfast was great. Coffee bar is excellent.
