Urban Hotel Minami Kusatsu

Unfortunately, the only good thing I like was the close proximity to the station.

I didn't like the check in process. I didn't like the rooms size. I didn't like the bed or single hard pillow. I didn't like the aircon. I didn't like how I couldn't open the window to breath. I especially didn't like how I could not turn off the bathroom light or exhaust fan. The room was just so depressing and I almost packed up and went and booked another hotel. I really wish I read the previous reviews before choosing this hotel. Whilst it's not the worst place I've ever stayed at - it's certainly right up there...

Great location

The room is too small

Convenient location as the hotel is located near the highway exit and in front of the train station.

We stayed with 2 kids and didn’t feel much hospitality shown by the staff. No warm greeting by the receptionist at both check-in and check-out, as well as staff met at elevator and hallway. Felt very awkward and unwelcoming during our stay.
