Very nice stay, highly recommend.
PleasantNov 2022
the staff is really helpful.
It’s not that clean; air conditioner has leakage and drip down waste water; towels are smelly and look dirty.
ExceptionalMay 2020
The room is very spacious for two. There are enough utensils (though they are not so clean) in the kitchen for use. Location is quite convenient and it's about five minutes walk to supermarket.
SuperbDec 2021
The location is great, it's a bit of a walk from the train station but there are lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel. There is also a wet market nearby to shop for ingredients.
The room looks as accurate as it's advertised. It's cozy and plenty of space for a couple. The best part is the kitchen, everything is provided in it.
great value serviced apartments in a good location.Feb 2023
staff were so friendly and helpful. location is great. rooms are nice
taxis are unwilling to drive to the actual door - so a bit of a steep bank. however staff were very helpful and came to help us.
Helpful staff ,but room upgradedFeb 2021
Staff are friendly and helpful especially Ken who helped me to carry the luggage in and out the hotel. Room had been upgraded. The windows can be opened.

DisappointingMay 2022
Place is comfy
The stuff weren't friendly. Too strict rules
Quite good size for a staycation or cooking event May 2021
Not the first time staying here and this weekend was pretty good stay. Bed is comfortable and do feel like home.
However, there were some ants inside the room “top floor”, they should consider to tidy up a bit.
Lovely location!May 2021
Love the location. In the middle of the busiest part of town yet tucked away.
GoodDec 2022
Location: great if need to tour or shop around Admiralty, Wan Chai and Causeway Bay.
Room: well furnished, quite spacious compared to other hotels in HK.
Staff: helped with the luggage and were super friendly.
Location: the slope is quite steep for taxi to drive up or for people to walk with luggages
Room: there was a machine sound the whole night, not super loud but still annoying; had to put on ear plugs
Comfortable & pleasant stay in the secluded part of Wan ChaiSep 2021
Located in the secluded part of Wan Chai. The famous boulangerie Bakehouse is nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with comfortable bed and kitchenette. Clean bathroom equipped with basic necessities. The wifi is good.
Sometimes the smell of cooking can get in when someone on the floor below or above is using the kitchen. Turning on the exhaust fan doesn't seem to help.
Pleasant, cosyOct 2021
It has kitchen provided with utensils, knives, pans etc. Elec. Kettle, Oven etc. Useful for long stay. Fridge Freezer was good size, also washing machine equipped. Many nice restaurants nearby, super markets, coffee shops, etc. Staff was nice and very helpful.
The location is a little up a hill and narrow cul-de-sac, therefore 1) difficult to catch taxi 2) a car is difficult to turn around 3) hard to go up and down. Washing machine was dirty I wasted a T-shirt. No where to hang clothes for drying.
Servced Apartment Great LocationSep 2020
I have always been intrigued by this unique hotel. So....it is hard to drive up to the front door. The location is behind Old Wanchai Post Office. The rooms are not as big aa they appear on the site/photos. The beds are hard.
only.criticism is the tiles in the shower had some sloppy workmanship (for Hong Kong.standard)
Great location and serviceAug 2019
- Great location. Near almost everything we needed during our 8-day stay— lots of eateries, supermarket, wetmarket, shopping, tram, buses, and mtr.
- Staffs at the front desk are all very friendly and helpful.
- We were able to do laundry and cooking everyday and that is a big plus. That felt great upon going back after a long day in the bustling city, especially good for my two daughters.
- Complimentary coffee.
- Well laid out floor plan. We had a separate dining area. And with the curtain in the living space it cleverly divides the couch area and bed when we needed to.
I read the comment about the 50 meter walk up to the hotel before booking. Was a bit concerned. But it was actually very much okay for us. We used taxi on check-in and check-out days because we have two kids and more luggage. Rest of the days we just walked in and out and it was actually quite easy. Liked the shopping cart they prepare, it makes grocery purchase easier. The staffs do make their best to help with luggage and that’s very helpful.
Convenient Location with Kitchenette & Wishing MachineJun 2019
- Friendly front desk staff.
- Room was not big but enough for four of us- two adults and two kids, 3 and 10. Reasonably designed layout. Kind of spacious for HK standard.
- Stayed for 10 days. Being able to do laundry and cook is really helpful. A Taste supermarket is just downstairs Hopewell Centre, which is a five min walk from the property.
- Surrounded by all sorts of eateries of diff price range. Happening neighborhood.
- Went in mid-end June. Quite humid. Air con had to be on all the time to keep it dry. We offed the units when being away from room then the floor felt sweaty when we returned. But I guess it is common in hk in this season.
- The walk uphill is actually not too bad for us even though we have a three-years-old. We used the taxi on check-in and check-out days as we had plenty of luggage. I would agree taxi drivers won’t love going up the hill but one is safe if the destination is the airport. Surely some driver will pick you up even it means he/ she has to drive uphill and make a u turn. Personally we didn’t think it was a problem at all on the days when we returned hotel without luggage or just had a few shopping bags. The hotel does provide a shopping cart for the convenience of bringing grocery bank. I must say it was helpful on the day we brought bank heavy drinks.
SuperbAug 2021
all, except toliet and dinnjng table.
Toliet light should be yellow instead of white, will be much warmer and nicer, elegant, also more lights and deco, will be perfect.
Dinning table abit old, and too many scrapes, shall buy new?
