Nov 2021The staff at the reception, room service and the restautant , in the entirety is very courteous and soft spoken. The rooms are lavishly made. Gives a great vibe. I guess its the poshest propery in Darjeeling

Disappointing hotel
Oct 2021There was nothing to like about the property except food which also disappointed on the last day of the trip.
The central water heating facility is ok but at least the staff should inform us as to how to use it. We had to struggle to find hot water. The room furniture was laid out in an awkward manner, whenever we couldn’t have food in the room if we wanted to. The staff during check in was very impolite, it seemed as if they didn’t want us there.

Jan 2021The location of the hotel was perfect. Its almost close to the Mall Road. The Rooms were so spacious and comfy. We had complimentary breakfast which was very tasty and awesome.
The rooms should be having attached heater rather than paying extra for it. And hot water should be given 24 hours instead of fixed timing. The wifi router should be placed on both the wings of the hotel. So as to get balanced internet speed.

Mar 2022The hotel was very comfortable they only need to have a better cook who can cook all types of food and not only Chinese the ambience was wonderful and the view from the room I stayed was fascinating and most comfortable
I would like to request the. Management to place a doormat near the toilet as the floors are wooden and it becomes difficult for one to step out after bath

The view from my room at the back of the building was poor although it did get the sun. Heating in your
room, if you wanted it cost £ 5 -per night although there were a couple of portable gas heaters that were put on in the dining room
