Nov 2021We requested a pet friendly room; the room was well located for easy access for pets and was quiet for other clients staying around us.

Aug 2021We Liked the location. We liked the size of the room. Staff was excellent
Too noisy. Could hear loud TV from next room. Pillows were non supportive and lumpy. Bathroom extremely dated. Breakfast (taking COVID into consideration) was terrible.

Oct 2021The way I was led to believe coffee in rooms .I did not like having to go in the office; through it after paying so much ... To get to the room and go in ..only so I could open patio doors and go out and walk around to drive van by office down to the room to take in the cases .Pretty sad .When I found the carpet dirty and some dust on furniture I left. Hope you enjoy the money I had to leave for pymt .You will never hear any good about that Inn .

Actually nothing. It was overall a really good experience. I personally think staff are what made the difference.
I would definitely recommend the Comfort Inn to friends looking for accommodation in Swift Current.
Feb 2023The breakfast was absolutely delicious! I was pleasantly surprised that the hot breakfast was available, when the website said it might not be due to covid restrictions. We were very pleasantly greeted when we arrived and the receptionist saw that I had some mobility issues and immediately suggested a more appropriate room, I really appreciated her consideration for my comfort.
The tub was a bit claustrophobic - it seemed smaller than most tubs and no grab bars which would have made me feel more secure balance wise. (I had emailed the hotel with that request, but apparently that message hadn't gotten through)

Feb 2023Booked online and front desk didn't know how to check us in, she made us pay in cash as a walk in. Checked in and we were given an uncleaned room until demanding a different one. Still haven't got our refund back from online booking, because of our experience, we will never stay at Comfort Inn again.
