The rooms

The restrauant food was very good..

The bed was absolutely so hard and uncomfortable.. very disappointing for paying 180.00 . Very poor sleep.. as the saying goes, you get what you pay for but certainly not in this case.

the price was reflective of the hotel.

the room smelled like the perfume of the person staying before us and could not air it out the entire time there, the pool was cloudy and the water slide was closed. also no access to the outdoor hot tubs. A little shabby overall.

The pool and the Nordic Spa, especially at Nordic SPA they were amazing

Bathroom not clean hairs left from the previous occupants dirty sink dirty towels... Room was smelling like it used to house smoking people, the smoke smell that never leaves. The air conditioner could not be ised at night as it was strongly vibrating... The windows of the room were not cleaned in ages you could barely see outside...

The hotel is tastefully decorated . The room is super clean and cozy. The bed is comfortable. The swimming pool area deco is unique. The breakfast on the first floor restaurant was tasty. The check-out receptionst was friendly and polite.

The breakfast is very good given the cost.

Staff and room were good

The route cause - Extremely expensive, parking under construction and was not for-warned, needed to park away from Motel in the gravel pit road at the back of the building.

Spa Nordic was a nice addition. Very comfortable beds, room. Very friendly check in staff and pool staff.

Pool nice a bit cool. More breakfast choices would also be nice.

Room was very comfortable and very clean. Restaurant in hotel had varied menu and pricing was reasonable compared to other restaurants we ate in on 30 day trip. Staff were helpful and mercifully bilingual.

Could not adjust temperature in room. Heating/cooling unit was set to eco mode so that it turned off after less than 5 minutes. Room was 25 degrees Centigrade when we arrived and we could not lower the temperature. Fortunately, a window in the room could be opened so we used that to cool the room.

Room was nicely redone

Too many kids, very loud, don't go if you don't want a messy hotel full of families and not desirable clientèle THe pool area is a heavy packed zone, not rest-full at all THey do have a spa that is separate from the hotel

Staff seemed indifferent to us.

- room is spacious and clean - conveniently located close to the city center , many local restaurants and ferry to Saint-Simeon - indoor pool is a big advantage, with SPA and one waterslide, so kids love it - coffee machine , microwave, fridge are convenient

- while the hotel is good , I think it is rather expensive, comparing to others, essentially main benefit is the indoor pool - the internet connection speed is very low - only one elevator cabin for the hotel, so we had to use stairs mostly - there is no reservation for the pool, so you might have to wait to be let in

At check in the girl seemed to be annoyed that we were bothering her. It could be because we didn't speak French.

We stayed in a room with a king size bed. The bed was very firm and pillows were insanely uncomfortable! The Air conditioning wasn’t working well and making weird noises. I found the noise cancellation horrible as I could hear the people above us walking and talking all night. We were also very disappointed to find that the outdoor pool/ adult friendly pool was something we’d have to pay an additional $100 for.

The pillows were lumpy and hard, but the bed and room were great. Bring your own pillow!

Staff did not make us feel welcome. Did not greet us when we arrived at the counter, had us standing there for 5 minutes until we had to say hello. Told us our rooms werent ready yet without checking computer because we arrived early. Air conditioning was not working properly and they did not have anyone available that knew how to fix it.
