Quality Inn Riviere-Du-Loup

They managed to give us a warm breakfast even in spite of covid restrictions by microwaving pre-made sandwiches. Exceeded expectations.

The staff were wonderful as was the pool.

Hotel is very dated and the rooms need and update. Room was smaller than expected.

The room was spotless and exceeded my expectations based on recent travel experiences. Staff was very helpful. It was unfortunate that the pool was closed for maintenance.

The location was good as it was just of the ramp from Route 20. t was also near the river. We found a nice grass trail along side a tributary which we walked. It was also close to restaurants.

We though the décor was somewhat jaded. It was also the highest price we had encountered on our journey round the Gaspe yet the it was of no extra value.

The hotel was quiet and clean with easy access to the highway.

We found the price to be high for what is being offered.

The facility was wonderful. The pool offered enjoyment to my children, and the breakfast was excellent.

Flood lights on front of hotel really lit up our room - would stay at back of hotel next time.

Proximity to the 20, fast check in, courteous staff, bagged breakfast with hot sandwich. Comfortable stay.

We specifically chose to stay at this hotel because it was pet friendly. When I booked online, there was no selection for bringing pets so I assumed it was a given that we were bringing our pet. Upon arrival I was told it was not included in our booking but we wouldn’t be turned away. After driving ten hours and prepaying $250 for the room, I was pleased to hear that we weren’t going to have to find alternate accommodations. I was then advised we would have to pay a $25 pet fee? The room was outdated and small, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the rooms above were very noisy. Would not come here again, especially not for the outrageous price of almost $300 for a less than satisfactory experience.

The room is little for 4 persons L aire ambiante devient vite souilles .Manque d oxygen dans la chambre. I am sorry ,I d'ont speak english.

The only problem ( though a significant one) was the size of the room. It was far too small for two people. (Everything else was good or great. )
