The view is exceptional, facing the mountain you can watch the skiers coming down the hill

Unfortunately we've stayed here during covid and curfew restrictions so... none of the normally offered services were available but the price stayed the same...

The staff were great. I had an issue that required some help from the hotel maintenance staff and they responded exceptionally.

the room was very clean, the deco was very nice,The beds were very comfy,We enjoyed the terrace with the hot tubes and the indoor pool,all the staff we encountered were not only very kind and helpful,They spoke English to me when they realised I am an anglophone, I Appreciated this so much.

my only complaint would be the restaurant le 4 canard, in past visits this restaurant was very good ,however I feel this has changed , Very few local ingredients,to many items that that were out sourced and not made in house, for the prices ,i feel that much more effort should be made the service was spot on ,

The room and facilities were spacious and good enough for a family of four. The pool was heated and big enough to enjoy an afternoon with kids. The location of the hotel is great, that is right in front of the Bromont mountain providing multiple activities including hiking, water park, chair lift, etc.

The property is clean and beautifully decorated. the bed was comfortable. Looking onto the lit up ski hill was wonderful.

The location was amazing and the views were beautiful. Really enjoyed the terrasse and hot tubs! Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options.

It was very expensive for a pretty average room, and the decor feels outdated. Limited cable selection with no TV guide, rainfall shower head with barely any pressure.

front desk staff were unfriendly hot tubs were warm not hot and filled with hair toilet was blocked when we arrived room was cold rooms not soundproof - car alarms and crying kids all night, sounds of running back and forth during the day front desk at check in said - call to request a log for your fire daily between 7-10 never said anything about multiple logs costing more money shuttle didn’t run later to accommodate La nuit blanche

The junior suite was well laid out and spacious enough for four.

The maid service was very poor. Not enough towels, robes or coffee for four and the room was not cleaned for the entire long weekend.

Thé front desk clerk was very resourceful , friendly yet very professional. her name was Jessica.

The food in town was over the top good. Wish we could have tried Chateau Bromont but all reserved

the doorman Jacob was wonderful! made our evening and stay.

The room had no view or window to the outdoors so it was very dark —- despite the sun outside! To our surprise, the bedroom was on a sort of mezzanine so the bathroom was downstairs —terrible for elderly people needing to use the bathroom at night. The metal railing on the staircase is loose — scary especially in the dark at night! The mattress was so uncomfortable that both my husband and I had sore painful backs in the morning! We stay in hotels frequently but have never before experienced that! Never! The stuffing of the duvet had clumped in specific areas leaving one cold in spots with lumpy heavy bits in other areas! Amazing! Do they think we won’t notice? The rooms really need refurbishing and the paintwork etc needs redoing. Overall, it has an institutional feel! Not what one wants! The hotel (on the side of a mountain) is not convenient to restaurants— esp if one wants to have a drink with dinner (so cant drive afterwards). We had to find a way to go to a distant restaurant as the hotel restaurant does not have one meal suitable for vegetarians. Nothing —- in 2022 and a missed opportunity to make more money from their guests. If it weren’t for Jacob, the kindly doorman, we would have gone to bed hungry.

suite was a good size, but the TV was not well located and room too expensive. It was noisy. We could hear everything...

Staff were wonderful, polite and bilingual. Breakfast delivered to room was excellent. Location to ski hill is a plus.

When I booked on booking .com and asked for a window view of mountain I did not expect a window view of interior pool instead. If you want the fireplace to work you must ask staff to turn it on.

Check in took half an hour and Restaurant Service was very slow and disorganized

Room was very clean and comfortable. The small loft was a nice touch and good use of the space The bed downstairs was very comfortable. The room as a whole was very quiet.

The spa did not really meet the standards of other spa's we have attended. There where no massage appointments available for the whole weekend. Most other spa's keep a list of masseuse numbers available for walk-in appointments or overflow. My wife also tried to make a nail appointment, the attendant told her she'd try to find an appointment, my wife never got a call back. There was no clear room service schedule posted anywhere and when ever I called the front desk to inquire it seems like i could never get a clear answer of when that schedule is. The one time I finally got food for my room, I had to go down and pick it up myself. I've never had to do that as a guest on a hotel in this price range.

Room was clean, solid 3 star room, not quite 4 star. Beautiful terrace with mountain views. Multiple hot tubs. Restaurant food was wonderful, service was good though at times slow.

Window in the room was old, difficult to open, and only opened a bit before jamming. Nice place, but a bit overpriced for the value.

We had dinner at the Terrasse - the service was slow, although we were ok with it since there was only one waiter (weird for a fully booked hotel). Certain dishes from our order were missing. Chicken ordered was medium rare - and when sent back, they brought a new chicken brochette that was pretty much raw...

THE TV’s weren’t modern for the price of the room (ex: didn’t have Netflix or casting possibility). I hadn’t realized we booked an atrium view and the front desk said we couldn’t have another room.

Poor swimming pool, bland decor, high price.

No electricity, cold shower in the evening, the diner was cold too. No empathies from the reception personnel, even charges the spa that was close. I have to ask for remove it from the bill.

No bath robes to go on the terrasse in the hot tubs

it was really hard to open the pump on the bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I couldn’t get some of them open!

I thought the finishing of the hotel looked cheap. The amenities weren't impressive m Definitely not worth $500/ night.

Did not think the hotel was good value. Expected much higher level of service for the price. The hotel offers limited shuttle and no taxi into town (we were travel on bicycle) so felt trapped at location as its aways from main part of town

Because of covid they didn't clean the room between the days. I would have liked that our room was cleaned between the days.
