Sep 2021We liked the location of the motel. It is right on the st. Lawrence river and the motel has chairs and tables that allows you to sit outside and watch the river.
The motel is next to a seafood restaurant
The motel room was clean but it gave a feel of being rundown. The show is tiny

Sep 2021Very nice view and overall location. The rooms are small, especially the bathroom, but very well planned and practical. The road goes round the place, but noises are barely heard and seldom. Beware of the ferry horn - it will surely wake you up at 8am! We also had an ability to charge an EV car (though only 100V) overnight.
We couldn't find the Wi-Fi access. This wasn't really important, but usually the info is easily found in the room, yet here it wasn't like that. The hotel is not quite on the first line of a beach - there's a road and a lawn before a cliff under which there's the beach.

Jul 2022The property was fine, room was so-so. The furniture was very old, and so was the bed. Bathroom was also small and dated. The whole place could benefit from an update, which can certainly be done, as the place is not cheap. The guy next door’s snoring kept me up, the walls are very thin, and didn’t keep the noise out. The thing that saves the place is not the inside, but the view over the St. Lawrence river, with the sunset vista.

For the price, for us it was really desapointed, size of the unit, the bathroom really tight space the floor denivelled, the chair had rollers and sitting on without feet on the floor the chair were roller coaster,the quality of the furniture are really poor my worst experience ever. It does not worth half of the price asked
For booking.com stop advertising the place or tell them to cut their price

No air conditioning. The ppl next to us were smokers so we couldn't leave our patio door open because the room would stink. So no fresh air in the room and it was 25.5 degrees! Rooms were barely sound proof. I could here the person's alarm on their phone clear as day.

Unit we were in was very old, very small bathroom. Guests were asked to clean the dishes used before leaving, but no faucet in kitchenette. Musty smell prominent upon arrival, less so with all eu does open. Hot water lasted for less than one short shower.

Amazing 5-star location with the saint simeon ferry point right next to it.
Drive up rooms with a great deck and Adirondack chairs all around.
No exhaust in the tiny bathroom and not all rooms have a microwave / kitchenette.

Awesome view < Bellevue > is the right name but quite expensive for basic Tiny Motel room.

Huge balcony to admire the view.
Expensive for very basic room. The washroom is very very tiny, the tiniest < Lavabo > I have ever seen. No space to put anything... Closing the toilet cover becomes your place holder for what you need : Ex: Towels.
