Sep 2021This is an OLD motel that has received a perfect update! The bed and pillows were comfortable and fresh; the carpet is new and clean; the bathroom is small, but clean and freshly updated. There was lots of hot water. Our room was 101 which is the first room behind the office. It had a table and two chairs, an apartment size fridge, real coffee maker with supplies, microwave and a nice area to hold our luggage.
There is a small patch of grass for pet relief.
We would definitely stay here again.
Noise from the adjacent highway - but it wasn’t too bad.

Many people would judge the book by its cover which would lead many to beloved it would not be a great start due to the exterior. It's not horrible but a little refreshing would possibly boost things further.

May 2023The fellow at the desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean, and included a comfortable bed and a good sized table and chairs plus a full fridge and microwave. Nice!
Smokers everywhere seem to think if they stay outside the room, smoking is okay. However, smoke drifts. Maybe a suggested distance from buildings would help.

Jun 2022I booked a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchenette over a month in advance on Booking.com. However when I checked in the only rooms they had left were single rooms with 2 beds. When I explained to the receptionist my reservation was for a 2 bedroom suite and even offered to show her my reservation details on booking.com, she informed me no suites were available and instead gave me a single room with 2 full beds about 24” apart and no kitchenette but charged me the same amount as I would have paid for a 2 bedroom suite. I asked her why I was paying the same amount for a much lesser room and her explanation was that I was still getting 2 beds. I could have dealt with the change in rooms if I hadn’t been charged the same amount for a lesser room and had to spend the night 24” from someone who snores like a chainsaw when I was expecting to have a separate room.
