Apr 2023We were out in a terrible room that had wet dirty carpet and smelled and requested to be moved.
All in all a good place to stay. Friendly staff. The hotel is clean.
Mar 2023We went for breakfast and was told they were not serving from the menu. The waiter told me to go get a coupon because we were there for my granddaughters volleyball tournament. The lady at the desk said I would have had to request at booking. I didn't understand that. I went back to the table and he said we could order off of the menu. I thought the buffet was very over priced. However we ate dinner in the restaurant the night before. Very good and not too pricey.
We had to call three times for sheets and blankets for the pull out couch. They only gave us one thin blanket in the middle of a child front in February. We had to ask for another one.

Apr 2021The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
The first room we were given had a plumbing problem - the toilet didn't flush! But as soon as we reported it we were given an identical room across the hall without any delay. The Only thing tgat made me unhappy about the stay was that the room description sounded as if there was a Jacuzzi tub, which there was not.

Oct 2021There was 3 of us and the sofa bed wasn’t made we had to make the bad ourselves. The room is good for 4 people. The room had only 2 towels 2!wash cloth and bottle water should be provided. Many Hotel provide water.

May 2021The property was very nicely decorated, ample parking, and a nice view of the area from our room.
Unfortunately some things were still unavailable due to Covid, but that isn’t the properties fault.

Sep 2022The breakfast was really good for the food they offered, but a bigger selection would be nice. Just adding toast would be great! All breads offered were sweet things. No toast to eat with the eggs and bacon.
Side note….the scrambled eggs were amazing and cooked perfectly
The first night there were a lot of issues with the tv service, so for hours we had no channels working.
Also bringing actual room service back would be amazing
i wouldn’t stay here again unless free, and even then I would be skeptical.

The horrible customer service! An older lady with a walking cane had a bad attitude, and was yelling at guest.

Jul 2022we shipped a UPS package and left it in front desk on June 13, 2022, then we went to Canada, in front desk no one cared about our package, 3 weeks later on July 04, my son drove to this hotel and got our package back, during those 3 weeks, we called the front desk 3 times, and were told no package at all in front desk.
