A little scary on the guest that are allowed to stay there. Could work on upgrades to rooms. The office is nice why can't the rooms be just as nice.

Well upon check in, our rooms barhroom was dirty and towels left from before, our refrigerator wasn't working, but house keeping came right away and refrigerator was fixed.

The staff was AMAZING!!! From the ladies at the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was so nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean, but the carpets not so much. Walking around barefoot meant dirty feet.

I really wish breakfast would have lasted a little longer - like 10 during the week and 11 on the weekend. We were there for racing and came in very late, so sleeping in wasn't an option if you wanted breakfast.

The staff at this hotel are just superb! So helpful and friendly! Annette at check-in was wonderful! The beds are comfy and the breakfast and evening meal offering were such a treat in this COVID compromised days! It is not the quietest place, but Annette did note that the parking lot side was quieter. It was hopping with a fishing tournament, Rockabilly event, and motorcycles, but we slept well nonetheless. There is a great lounge with awesome staff (we also were there for the Kentucky Derby and they have OTB booth). The pool was very busy at night and it was nice to see all the family fun going on there.

A bit noisy, but hey, this is a party town (the blower on the very efficient a/c unit did help to cut the noise) and it is a bit down in the heels, but so was the Hampton we stayed in Phoenix.

The room was very clean and beds were super comfy. The front desk clerk(Reechad) was SUPER FRIENDLY and ALWAYS wore a smile. Kept us laughing. Breakfast was wonderful and superb location. Thank you. It has definitely become our favorite place to stay. And the price was great

The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The staff was great. Very friendly and accomodating. There was karaoke that night in the lounge, which was fun to listen to. I would stay here any time.

The place was really great. Great breakfast and the overall facilities were great. People here are very nice and friendly.

The traffic noise outside the window all night long, vey vey loud. Teeny, tiny bathroom, extremely poor shower head. Don't eat the powdered eggs for breakfast. But the waffles were great.

The only thing I have to say you need to have elevators put in for people with special abilities

The Lounge had a good Happy Hour. There was OTB available there too. Parking was good. The check in process was easy. The staff quickly moved us to another room when requested.

There are steep stairs without an elevator to get to the upper levels. This made it difficult to bring in our luggage. The door to our room was so hard to push open and on our second night, our key card no longer worked and had to have maintenance let us in.

The location was really just where I wanted to be. The room was really nice. It was very reasonably priced.

The breakfast foods need to be kept warmer. And they need to soundproof the window...the highway noise was bad.

Check in took forever. After checking in we walked to our rooms and discovered they where smoking rooms. That is not what I booked. I called the front desk to complain and she could not move us together as they did not have non smoking rooms next to each other. We are traveling as a family and had kids with us. Who in the right mind books smoking rooms if they are traveling with kids. The rooms where disgusting, the carpets where dirty, the showers was dirty, the beds where okay. The location is convenient but traffic was loud and you could barley sleep. I woke up several times at night coughing because of the smoke smell in our room. We went to dinner at the on site restaurant and food was not good. The meat that was on our food tasted microwave reheated. Overall this has been the worst property we ever booked on Booking.com and will definitely never stay here again.

The stairs we went down to get to our room smelled of urine and cigarette smoke. I booked with this chain due in part to the ratings on line. All I can say is that the folks before me evidently did not have to take the same route to get to their rooms. Not a place I will book in the future without some major overhauls

The location is close by to everything. The staff is great.

The front desk was exceptional! She was able to extend our stay and let us get to our room earlier. Also she asked my 84 year old mother about going up stairs as our room was on second floor. And she changed us to bottom floor which was a blessing as there is not an elevator. So the staff was very nice and accommodated us.

The beds were clean but the carpet has oil on it and our socks were black after walking in the room for first few minutes. Everything else was clean and nice.

The hotel was filthy... flies in the room...crickets in the room.... faucet was broke... and the people's room next to ours was broken into.....Stay was very unpleasant will never stay there again

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would say this was the saving grace of this hotel.

Very noisy hotel! It is located between Highway 95 and a main boulevard so there was traffic noise all day and night. The parking spots were right up next to the room windows so motorcycles, diesel trucks, etc., could park there with very noisy engines. Also, housekeeping was not up to standard.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable,the breakfast buffet was amazing plus the general location is great to walk to park/lake and anything else you may need
