the staff was helpful and nice. room was as pictured and clean. I don’t have a view room, but the mountain and beach can be seen from my window.

The room was very clean. The view of the south beach was good, enhanced by the room's bay window. Seating choices were excellent. The staff was pleasant and helpful concerning local attractions and dining choices. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows firm and numerous.

The only thing we noticed was that the south-facing rooms are also next to the jetty road and its marina and park; so, there was a lot of daytime traffic.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location is good and close to good food. The view from our room was really pretty.

The rooms were a nice size and were remodeled. Very good set up for a family and a pet. The beach is also right there. The laundry facilities were also very clean and convenient.

The rooms were remodeled, but very dirty. Our sheets were very stained and the curtains were torn and had moth holes in them. The first room they gave us was exceptionally gross and had people from the trailer park hanging out right next to our window smoking. The hotel was nice enough to move us to a second level room which was somewhat better, but still quite dirty. Additionally, most rooms overlook or are directly adjacent to a very delipidated trailer park. The beach is a right there, however there were homeless camps and lots of human and dog waste at the access points. This hotel is definitely not worth the price.

The rooms have been updated, walk to the beach, comfortable beds, nice and roomy. Pet friendly.

Ocean and RV park view. The rooms are great once you get in, but the exterior door was dirty, rusty, and very, very, very old. The heater in the room was very noisy.

The redone affects. painting, modern, comfy bed. New floors. That I can bring my dog.

The location was excellent, and the price was reasonable.

Upon check-in, I got a runaround about the room preferences stated beforehand: they had no nonsmoking rooms available upstairs. So I took a smoking, adjoining room. Sound insulation was extremely poor, and two loud parties next door made for poor sleep. On one night, some brought marijuana, which smelled even worse.

The Inn is located in THE most beautiful spot! Sooo close to the beach, a BEAUTIFUL beach! Also the staff, housekeeping as well, was VERY nice and overall helpful. You’ll see below things we feel could be better, but please don’t misunderstand, we had a lovely time and would stay again!

First off the outside (the grounds, stairs, etc.) REALLY should be cleaned up daily. There was cigarette butts EVERY WHERE, cups, beer bottles stashed in the brushes… Then the room itself, the bed we had (king size) was horribly uncomfortable :( my husband and I hurt after a week of trying to sleep on that bed. The curtains have worn thin in several spots to the point of almost actual holes. The room also wasn’t very clean…one wall had what appeared to be spilled soda from the light socket to the floor board, the bathroom door was pretty gross at the bottom as well. We had already unpacked a weeks worth of vacation stuff by the time we noticed so we just went with it. We aren’t super picky, but honestly felt like our room should have been MUCH cleaner than it was when we checked in.

The cottage we had was wonderful. The views were exceptional. The grounds were exceptional. I truly cannot find one thing that we did not just love about the place. Service, food, views, cleanliness, location.....

Staff is nice enough and the location is a 30 second walk to the beach. Recent remodel is definitely a upgrade over what it was if the curtains left behind are an indicator what it was.

The recent update is …….not quite finished. And for the price, it should be finished and be a little cleaner in the high traffic places like around the door handle.. The curtains are clearly from the old design. They are dark teal and match nothing and the tracks they are on have spray texture all over them from the remodel. The tile baseboards were not finished with grout or caulking. The toilet is, well, the shortest I’ve ever squatted upon. Must be 8 inches from the floor to the seat. All of the new bright white paint makes the old, yellowed switch plates really stand out. Everything is painted in high gloss paint including the ceiling. They make ceiling paint for a reason. The beds are not comfortable. The usb charger in the lamp base by the bed doesn’t work but there are two by the front door on the microwave/fridge/coffee maker stand by the front door that has no light near it. Not saying you shouldn’t stay here. The two queen bed deluxe room was just way overpriced.

Sire said there was a jot tub. It was down. They didn't have that updated. We had gone horse back riding and really wanted hot tub. Plus doubke bed not queen. Ppl nice

Room was clean & comfortable & quiet. Had a slight view of the ocean & could easily walk to the beach.

There's a permanent RV park right next/behind the Inn. That was my main view outside the window. I was not told before hand that it was there. Check-in was weird. Had to shout through the night window as we weren't allowed in the lobby. Could barely hear because of the traffic. Didn't get copies of what I signed.

Right on the beach which was gorgeous! Easy access to the room, basic but the necessities! Bed was comfortable enough for one night. Could’t hear the neighbors which was nice.... also very dog friendly! I had my dog too and it definitely was not an issue..... I’m pretty sure almost all the rooms on my wing had a dog or two in them which was great!

Probably a little bit more pricey than what the room quality is but it was also the weekend when i was there and seemed like lots of places were booked in the area

Room was not clean, reception was rude - this is not worth it. We would not stay here again.

I didn’t feel it was clean and the faucet was broken in the bathroom. We had to repack up everything and move to another room.

Difficult to interact with staff. The room was adequate.

$200/night was not a good value. Really in need of updating, esp the outside.
