Awful neighbors ruined the hotel for us
Aug 2021The staff was polite, mattresses were clean and comfortable, the wifi and refrigerator worked, and the bathroom was clean.
Neighbors were too loud (the mom was yelling at her kids and someone kept banging on the walls.) We called the front desk to ask for a different room but when the receptionist responded that no one else was complaining about the noise and that she was about to leave for the night, we decided to leave.We ended up checking out at 8pm that night because it was giving my whole family anxiety. We were only there for 3 hours.
The sofa bed was so lumpy my son could not use it.
There was a dead bug in the sofa bed.
The dresser had scratches on it.
The toilet paper was 1-ply
There was no soap dish.
The pillows were tiny and not comfortable.
Housekeeping left the vacuum in front of our door and we tripped over it as we were leaving.
No elevator or swimming pool

Feb 2022The sizes of the rooms are perfect!! And the beds are so,so comfortable.
The door of the bathroom and the walls was so dirty and I think this is very important especially with this pandemic and am pretty sure you guys can handle it. But thank you so much for always being so helpful and kind 😉

The only issue is probably parking, it is first come first serve but I had no issue finding a spot.

Not to mention the swat team came in and broke the window and arrested a guy not living in the hotel he was homeless

Mar 2023room was spacious, clean and comfortable. nothing fancy but not cut-rate either. lots of stores/businesses nearby. we asked for a quiet room and were given one on the ground floor away from the street. The only staff person I interacted with was very friendly and helpful, although no help was needed. everything in the room worked as expected, she gave me the wifi info without my asking. Parking was no problem.
