Wonderful place. I was one of those who lost power for 9 days and this place was a God send. Clean and excellent staff.

What breakfast?

Poor room service, we take our towels to office to get new ones. Had to go to the office for more coffee, cups and take out the trash.The toilet was dirty something growing in it. We were told no room service because of Covid. But we did face to face exchange for things we needed. Covid is an excuse for not hiring someone to clean rooms. I stay in motels often this is the first for a Covid excuse.

We stay here whenever we visit the area . The room was spacious and clean . The bed was comfortable . It is also close to some really wonderful wineries. Staff was great and working hard . We will stay there again

Very nice room with a calming and beautiful view of oaks and golden grass, the room is large and clean with great amenities.

The location was good the purpose of my stay. The view from the back of the room was very nice.

There was no room housekeeping for the 2 nights of my stay. The morning of my checkout workers began preparing the room next to mine for painting, very noisy. Notifications at the small breakfast and housekeeping stated they were limited due to Covid regulations. I had stayed one-week earlier at another major facility without these limitations. The toilet needed a good scrub and the shower hot water went from very hot to cold frequently while showering.

Room was nice size, clean, beds were comfortable.

There was no hot water from Dec. 17-19, 2021. Wouldn’t even get warm. Made cleaning up ahead of wedding very challenging.

We requested an early check in to prepare for a wedding, we were first told 11:00 am, when I contacted the hotel on the day of check in they then told me 2:00, I called in route and I was told 4:00. I arrived at 4:00 and was told that the room was not ready and they had no place for us to get ready for the wedding. So we both had to get ready for the wedding in the bathroom at the wedding area after traveling all day. Not to mention no iron to touch up clothes. Then, I got a call during the wedding saying they they had checked us into the wrong room! After wedding I returned the keys and never used the room.

Open space to walk doggie and nearby 24 hour gas station with food mart. Also, cafe and restaurant within walking distance. Central location to wineries.

Location was great. View from my room was also great. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.

Breakfast was less than expected. Packaged goodies. To be fair may have been due to recent Covid issues. Overall a great place with exceptional views and very clean.
